Arizona Suspect Pleads Guilty To Avoid Death Penalty, Victim Gabby Giffords Satisfied With Plea Agreement

At least he's finally admitted it.
As we previously expected, Jared Loughner pled guilty to shooting and killing six people in Tuscon last year as part of an agreement allowing him to avoid the death penalty.
Loughner accepted guilt on 19 criminal counts in a plea agreement, including attempted assassination of former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, the first degree murder of two federal employees, and the attempted murder of two other federal employees.
Gabby and her husband Mark Kelly are content with Loughner's plea.
