We don't think this is a good idea, but if the doctors think she can handle it, then so be it!
Danette Meyers, who was the prosecutor in Lindsanity LOLhan's case, revealed that the hard-pAArtying wacktress will probably get out of rehab earlier than her 90 day sentence!
“My understanding from conversations with Shawn Chapman Holley is that Miss Lohan could be released early from the treatment facility. It is looking as if that is what the health care professionals are going to recommend. How much earlier she could be released I’m unsure of at this point. I will follow what the health care professional advise. That could involve follow up treatment for Miss Lohan, however, it is my understanding that it is looking like the health care professionals will be recommending that she be released earlier than the 90 days Judge Revel previously ordered.”
We hope these guys know what they're doing! It's not like her family's going to be an ounce of help keeping her head on straight!

Things are finally looking a little better for Miss Lindsanity! According to reports, she is looking healthy, progressing nicely through rehab, and wants to get back to work.
Shawn Chapman Holley, her hot-shot attorney, says:
“Ms. Lohan is doing very well. She was surprised that Judge Revel was no longer going to be handling the case. However, Ms. Lohan will continue to comply with the court’s orders whether its from Judge Revel or Judge Fox.”
BUT, Lilo has been ordered to stay in rehab for 90 days, refrain from consuming alcohol, and be randomly drug tested for the next year!
That’s a tall order for Lindsanity, especially considering her
completely-awful less-than-perfect track record.
What do U think? Can she stay clean?

As allegations arose that she contacted "participants and experts" without notifying the legal teams in advance, Judge Marsha Revel has removed herself from Lindsay Lohan's case.
It's rumored that the judge contacted Morningside Recovery rehab facility and later recommended the center, although it was not on the list of recommended facilities given to her by her own court-appointed experts. La Loca's legal team eventually convinced the court to send her to UCLA.
Surprisingly enough, it was prosecutor Danette Meyers who had the problem with Judge Revel. She reigned to avoid Meyers filing papers to have her removed.

It's back to school for Lindsay Lohan! (Wait, did she even entertain a thought of going to college, ever?)
Lindsay was shuttled off to rehab in the wee hours of the morning today, but she took a detour from her regularly scheduled destination. Judge Marsha Revel changed her mind at the last minute and ordered Lindsay to be sent to UCLA Medical Center, rather than Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach. UCLA was exactly where LiLo's doctors wanted her to go in the first place, since the professionals there could give Lindsay a more specialized treatment.
And so they shall.
We hear that Lindsay will not be placed in the psych ward for her issues, but rather in an "intense specialized program to deal with psychological, as well as addiction problems."
Excellent! Maybe some actual progress will be made!
Nothing would give us more pleasure than to see Lindsay stand on her own two feet again. (Except maybe watch her fall of them as she leaves Las Palmas the night after she is released from rehab.)

Although he was reported to be a guest on Larry King Live, we're not sure what Robert Shapiro is going to talk about!
Lindsay Lohan's former lawyer has been ordered by Judge Marsha Revel not to discuss the actress' case.
Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers said:
"I was concerned that Mr. Shapiro would talk about things that he had access to as he represented to the court that he was Ms. Lohan's attorney, but he no longer is. There are private matters in her file that need to remain confidential for her privacy, and I didn't want him to divulge any of that information publicly. The court ordered that he was not to discuss anything about Lindsay's case."
Shawn Chapman Holley is now Lindsay's attorney, although she never signed a substitution of attorney form.
We hope it works out for her! LiLo needs all the help she can get.
