Although Dr. Conrad Murray had filed a motion recently asking for bail so he could spend time with his family while he awaits the results of the appeal he's filed for his manslaughter conviction in the death of Michael Jackson, the judge ruled yesterday that it is not going to happen!

No huge shocker here! As we said back in November, the Jackson estate was happy with Conrad Murray's sentencing!
Yesterday, Judge Michael Pastor announced that he would be denying restitution to Michael Jackson's family with regards to Dr. Murray's criminal case…because they didn't seek it.
Here's what a source had to say about it:

Oh boy. This is going to become an absolute circus.
The involuntary manslaughter trial of Dr. Conrad Murray, who is accused for his part in Michael Jackson's death, is getting ready to go, and yesterday, El Lay County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor not only ordered jury selection to begin on March 24th, but also approved the use of television cameras during the trial!
According to the defense and prosecution, the opening statements will most likely be delivered during the first week of April, and the actual trial will last around six weeks.
Good lord. We need to start mentally and physically preparing ourselves for this.
A whole lot of insanity is going to be coming everyone's way if the public is allowed to watch all of this mess go down.
