Oh boy! The law is coming for that ass!

Andy Dick has been ordered to stand trial in a West Virginia courtroom for felony sexual abuse charges, which stem from the comedian being accused of grabbing a bouncer's crotch and groping and kissing another bar-goer in Huntington while he was in town for a performance!

Judge Paul Farrell has set the trial date for January 17th, and Dick has been ordered to submit a urine test. Despite Dick asserting that he's now sober, if he's discovered to be under the influence, he's going to jail!

Uh-oh!

Here's hoping that he takes this warning seriously - we doubt he's going to receive any more slaps on the wrist for his ridiculous behavior!
