This sad and disgusting video shows Judge William Adams severely beating his 16-year-old daughter with a belt.

The girls name is Hillary Adams and she suffers from ataxic cerebral palsy.

According to Hillary this footage (above) shows her being punished for "using the Internet to acquire music and games that were unavailable for legal purchase" at the time.

In the video you can hear the friendly Judge saying:

"Bend over the f–king bed, dammit. Lay down or I'll spank your f–king face. … I have to f–king beat you into submission. You want to put some more computer games on? You want some more? F–king computer… See all the problems they cause?"

Well, now the f–king computer has caused the Judge lots more problems! Since his daughter has put her little "punishment" on the interweb the video has gone viral AND NOW the Judge is under going investigation. YES!

In the videos' YouTube discription Hillary wrote:

"Judge William Adams is not fit to be anywhere near the law system if he can't even exercise fit judgement as a parent himself. Do not allow this man to ever be re-elected again. His "judgement" is a giant farce."

We absolutely agree!

Hillary, her mother and her sister have since left Adams. They are all safe and trying to recover from the his physical and emotional abuse.

A former student midwife was just sentenced today to three years probation, 280 hours of community service, and $10,000 dollars restitution — all because a Superior Court Judge decided that she shouldn't be sent to prison for poor judgement.

What was the poor judgment?

Delivering a baby without supervision in an environment considered practicing medicine without a license in 2007. According to authorities the baby's shoulder got stuck during the delivery and the mother's vagina suffered a tear. Both are now fine.

She originally faced up to three years and prison.

Oh, and now she IS a licensed midwife, but she's unable to practice while completing the sentencing.

We can understand delivering a baby in an emergency setting, but that's not what this sounds like. This sounds almost as if she was hired to do it and didn't reveal she was just a student or something — which makes us think that she probably shouldn't be allowed to practice at all under that kind of decision making.

But, maybe this punishment will make sure she never steps over the law again??

Not sure who'd want to hire her after this, though!
