We are SO thrilled that Sharon Osbourne is bringing her sassy self back to The X Factor UK for the show's tenth season!!

The Osbourne matriarch is replacing Tulisa Contostavlos as judge, and will join Nicole Scherzinger, Gary Barlow, and Louis Walsh on the panel.

Simon Cowell recently shared his thoughts about Sharon's return, expressing:

"Three words I never thought I'd say: Welcome back Sharon!"

While Mrs. Osbourne (yup, she HAS gotten back together with Ozzie!) herself stated:

Although the only two folks confirmed to be returning to the X Factor judges panel for the reality competition's upcoming third season are Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato, it appears that this will all change on Monday afternoon - as that's when the two latest recruits will be announced!

While Kim Kardashian may have been quick to deny reports that her sister had been sacked from her hosting gig on The X Factor for its upcoming third season, but now, it now appears that sadly, the rumors are true!

It's beginning to look more and more as though there is actually a bit of divine justice in the universe, as Simon Cowell, who famously and controversially fired Cheryl Cole from the judges panel of The X Factor USA's first season after two rounds of auditions, is reportedly willing to spend MILLIONS bring her back into the fold for the reality competition's third season!

According to reports, the head honcho of the series is so desperate to correct his mistake that he's offered the Girls Aloud superstar a contract that makes her original $1.8 salary look like pocket change, and just in case she has any reservations after the f-ckery he pulled last time around, job security for more than one season!

Sounds like Simon Cowell might have some added competition on the X Factor this year!

With L.A. Reid and Britney Spears both gone from the show, there’s still two seats that once again, need to be filled!

So, just who could potentially be up for a spot on the panel?? None other than Ne-Yo!

At the Grammys on Sunday, the R&B crooner confirmed that he’d been in talks right now to join the show, but that “nothing is set in stone” just yet!

Reportedly, talks had started to take place back in January and we think he’d make a solid judge on the reality show!

After all, he did serve as a guest mentor alongside Nicole Scherzinger, during this past season of the X Factor UK’s judges’ houses round!

He also has his own record label, Compound Entertainment, where he’s starting to sign on new talent like R&B/pop newcomer, RaVaughn!

We're pretty sure the Grammy-winner could make the cut — he's definitely qualified, if anything!

Aw, MAN! You really do have to hand it to Ryan Seacrest!

Not only does he have to deal with the nonstop diva showdown between Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey that has essentially become the latest season of American Idol, but he can't even make promotional appearances for the reality competition without being relentlessly teased about his sexual preference!
