Julia Roberts was seen picking up her son Henry in Malibu, and the two looked absolutely fabulous together.

The mama was holding her son's Angry Birds backpack, but there was nothing angry about this family as they seemed absolutely ecstatic to be in such close proximity to each other.

Sure, Henry was running a bit ahead, but Julia Roberts didn't seem to mind.

Plus it isn't like she didn't do the same thing back in her day…

… Cough, Runaway Bride, cough.

We don't know when Julia Roberts will be back again.

The Pretty Woman actor is on her way for a private jet ride with the fam including hubby Danny Moder and her children Hazel and Phinnaeus Moder.

We're not sure where she's heading, but we hope she comes back real soon!

Is her destination Notting Hill? Perhaps.

In her newest, Fireflies in the Garden, film A-lister, Julia Roberts plays a mommy.

Her child played by Ryan Reynolds as an adult — but when Julia's character is pregnant her son is played by her real-life son, Henry Daniel.

That's cause back in 2007 when Roberts made the movie she was knocked up. Now, seeing him as a baby bump on screen is an emotional experience for Julia.

“When I see it now, he’s this big boy who can dress himself and do all these things. It really is touching to see that,”

Jules said at the El Lay premiere of the movie.

Her character in Fireflies is not the best mother, but Julia can still relate with her struggle. She said of motherhood:

“I think it’s challenging for everybody in different ways. My challenges as a wife and a mother are very different from the ones portrayed in the movie, but I think for everybody it’s a hard challenge.”

Yes! Raising a person is quite the challenge.

Still, it's obvious that someone as maternal as Julia probably struggles a little less than the rest of us!

Was she a 10-year-old mom?

Julia Roberts is no stranger to playing a mom. She got a Oscar nomination for playing a mom in Steel Magnolias and took the trophy home for her role as single parent, Erin Brockovich.

Still, we find it a little crazy that the 44-year-old actress is playing mom to 34-year-old Ryan Reynolds.

The flick is called Fireflies, and directed by Julia's husband.

Don't worry, Julia put on a LOT of make up to get her to look age appropriate for the part.

We can't wait to see old woman Roberts!
