For the season three premiere of The Talk, hosts Julie Chen, Sharon Osbourne, Sara Gilbert, Sheryl Underwood and Aisha Tyler wanted to try something different, so they're going makeup-free!

That's right. No lipstick, no false eyelashes and absolutely no blush will be used!

Also baring it all on the live season premiere will be Jamie Lee Curtis, The Young and the Restless' Michelle Stafford and Melody Thomas Scott and The Bold and the Beautiful's Katherine Kelly Lang.

We can't wait to see how real these hosts are on Thursday!

There's been quite a bit of speculation regarding why Holly Robinson Peete and Leah Remini were dropped from The Talk panel after its first season, with rumors that Julie Chen, who is married to CBS CEO Les Moonves, orchestrated the axing, but CBS Entertainment President Nina Tassler has finally spoken out on the issue, and attributes it all to growing pains!

Such an unbelievable shame how this entire thing was handled!

Holly Robinson Peete is opening up for the first time, in detail, about being booted from the second season of The Talk, the show she helped launch last year, and although she doesn't specifically mention co-host Julie Chen, who also happens to be married CBS President and CEO Leslie Moonves, as the main factor in she and Leah Remini being replaced with Aisha Tyler and Sheryl Underwood, she certainly alludes to it!

Like the headline reads, The Talk just welcomed Aisha Tyler aboard as their newest full-time co-host.

Having done such a great job the week she guest-hosted in September, producers felt she would be a perfect everyday fit to sit down with Sara Gilbert, Julie Chen, Sharon Osbourne, and Sheryl Underwood.

U guys may recognize her from Friends or Ghost Whisperer, but we bet a lot of you have heard her voice on Archer! Yep, she's Lana Kane on the animated spy series, and she is FIERCE!

So congrats again, gurl! We believe you start Monday, so we'll be watchin for ya!
