Zendaya scores the cover of Cosmo!

Zendaya is heating up ahead of summer!

Following her racy touchy Wonderland cover, the 19-year-old has scored the front page of Cosmo's steamy July issue!

The glossy excitingly unveiled their new cover star on Thursday, and after seeing the final shots, it's easy to see why. Doesn't Z look amazing??

The actress showed off her long, glowing stems and her beautiful smile, all while dressed in a fuchsia tuxedo dress and matching lace-up pumps.

Her spread is just as fabulous… well, at least from the peek we've seen! For now, we'll just have to make do with what we can get, like Zendaya's revealing interview!

Speaking on wanting to being in love over having a casual hookup, she confessed:

"Me, personally? I would much rather be in love and have the full experience with the person I'm doing that with. Everyone deserves to be in love—it's different from when you're with someone you don't really know. But as long as you protect yourself and get tested periodically, then by all means, go ahead and do what you've got to do!"

We can't imagine she's too heartbroken over the news of former flame Odell Beckham Jr. and Khloé Kardashian's rumored hookup then!

Read on for even more HIGHlights from her July issue…

On the election and voting: "There's really crazy stuff happening right now, and it's disappointing, sad, and scary. My generation, we really have to step up to the plate and vote. Tweeting is great—people say, Oh, I don't want this or that—but at the end of the day, tweeting isn't a ballot. Just saying that you don't like someone on Twitter is not going to turn a state blue or red. You have to vote."
On her return to Disney as the star and coproducer of K.C. Undercover: "The only way I was going to come back to the Disney Channel was if I was in a position of more power. One thing that is really important to me is diversity on the channel. It's hard as a young person of a different ethnicity or background to look at the TV and not see anyone who looks like you. Representation is very important."

On a situation on-set with someone being racially insensitive: "I didn't like my hair and makeup one time on a photo shoot, and my publicist told me, ‘You should just be happy with it—they haven't had a black girl on the cover since forever.' She's no longer my publicist."

Yass!

Zendaya is so inspiring!

It also provides an interesting contrast with that highly sexualized image of the 20-year-old in lingerie and thigh-high stockings — in this case the focus is completely on Gigi's gorgeous and vibrant face!

She's such a goddess! She totally belongs on the Victoria's Secret runway! HINT HINT!

In the spread, the model works it in a variety of glamorous gowns and form-fitting outfits, and also shows quite a bit of leg.

Vogue Faces Backlash For Suggesting Cara Delevingne's Relationships With Women Are Just A 'Phase'

Filed under: Gay Gay GayVogueCara DelevingneLGBT

Vogue's Cara Delevingne profile angers readers.

People are unhappy with Vogue again, which does not surprise us at all.

The issue this time concerns how the magazine handled Cara Delevingne's relationships with women in its July cover story.

[ Related: Michelle Rodriguez Supports Cara's New Relationship ]

The writer, Rob Haskell, basically suggests that Cara's interest in women is just a "phase," as can be seen in this passage:

"Cara says she felt confused by her sexuality as a child, and the possibility of being gay frightened her. 'It took me a long time to accept the idea, until I first fell in love with a girl at 20 and recognized that I had to accept it,' she explains. 'But I have erotic dreams only about men. I had one two nights ago where I went up to a guy in the back of a VW minivan, with a bunch of his friends around him, and pretty much jumped him.' Her parents seem to think girls are just a phase for Cara, and they may be correct. 'Women are what completely inspire me, and they have also been my downfall. I have only been hurt by women, my mother first of all.' 'The thing is,' she continues, 'if I ever found a guy I could fall in love with, I'd want to marry him and have his children. And that scares me to death because I think I'm a whole bunch of crazy, and I always worry that a guy will walk away once he really, truly knows me.' When I suggest to Cara that to trust a man, she might have to revise an old and stubborn idea of hers—that women are perennially troubled and therefore only women will accept her—her smile says she concedes the point.

People have taken umbrage at this flippant dismissal of bisexuality, and a woman named Julie Rodriguez created a Care2 petition asking for an apology from the magazine and editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour.

Julie wrote:

"The idea that queer women only form relationships with other women as a result of childhood trauma is a harmful (and false) stereotype that lesbian and bisexual women have been combating for decades.
As a bisexual woman myself, I've experienced hurtful comments like this many times. People are quick to assume queer women's identities are a "phase" and to refuse to recognize the important relationships in their lives — an attitude which can cause depression, result in families rejecting their daughters (or forcing them into abusive conversion "therapy"), and even put young women at risk of suicide."

We agree that it is harmful to suggest that being gay or bisexual is a phase, and many people also seem to agree with Julie — at the time of this writing 12,812 people had signed the petition!

But as sweet and innocent as the cover may seem, her interview is far from it! This 22-year-old has been through some serious shiz.

Starting on a lighter note, Cara happily dished on her relationship with girlfriend, St. Vincent! She admitted:

"I think that being in love with my girlfriend is a big part of why I'm feeling so happy with who I am these days. And for those words to come out of my mouth is actually a miracle."

She's in love!!

We couldn't be happier for her, especially considering the long road which led to this moment in her life. When first coming to terms with her sexuality, she revealed:

Taraji P. Henson Gives Cookie The Boot With This FIERCE '70s-Inspired Shoot For Allure!

Taraji P. Henson slays us all with her Allure spread in the July issue!

She's out to drop jaws!!

Taraji P. Henson's Allure July cover shoot was just revealed and there's no denying it: it's flawless!

The Empire actress channels her inner '70s starlet with a very bold look in the spread, wearing a sparkling silver Temperley London gown, Paul Andrew sandals, and Alexis Bittar rings.

This may be our fave look of hers yet!!

[ Related: Taraji Is Dope As Hell At The American Black Film Festival ]

She even said of the shoot:

"It was very Diana Ross, very disco, Studio 54, big, big, big hair, lots of jewelry, big earrings, the stuff I like to wear. I'm a '70s baby so I hate I missed the era of Studio 54 ’cause I would've had a good time. I probably would've been dead but it would've been a good time!"

But Empire wouldn't be the same without you, Taraji!

Anyway, we'd totally be down with seeing the 44-year-old slay the red carpet in a look just like the one (above)!

The rest of the spread, BTS shots, and the dynamic cover are just as much of a must-see — so be sure to check them out in the gallery (above), too!
