One pregnant man was cray-cray enough - now there's TWO at once?!
Oh wait, it's actually just a promotional still for Ryan Murphy's new comedy on NBC, The New Normal, which will star Justin Bartha and Andrew Rannells as a gay couple who form an unexpected family unit with their surrogate, her daughter, her grandmother Ellen Barkin, and NeNe Leakes!
Our love for Glee and American Horror Story aside, we think Ryan Murphy has something VERY special here!
Ch-ch-check out the just-released, full preview for his new series on NBC, The New Normal, which focuses on a gay couple (Justin Bartha and Andrew Rannells) who enlist in the help of Georgia King as a surrogate mother, with an added splash of NeNe Leakes and Ellen Barkin for HIGHlarious measure (above)!
And if this is ANY indication of the potential this series has, then we are in for a real treat!
Smart, snappy dialogue, incredible comedic performances, and already some absolutely sincere and heartwarming moments?!
If it wasn't official enough before, it's officially official now. Ryan Murphy is television's BIGGEST star.
We may not be seeing his face every night, but we're seeing THREE of his creative visions on THREE different networks this fall. On top of Glee on Fox and American Horror Story on FX, NBC has officially ordered The New Normal.
Well this is certainly an unexpected, but very welcomed surprise!
NBC is reportedly planning to debut a variety of new TV series from their upcoming Fall line-up early this year, to bank off their already-heavy publicized 2012 Olympics coverage, and it appears that one such program lined for an August debut is the new show from Ryan Murphy!
New Normal, which stars Justin Bartha and Ellen Barkin, revolves around a gay couple getting ready to start a family!
Who doesn't want to meet the celeb they totally idolize?!
Well, meet and greets don't always go as expected when the unexpected happens, which is exactly the case in this misunderstanding for a fan who recently met Ariana Grande at an MTV, Pepsi, and VH1-sponsored event.
A story from a young girl just came out about once meeting Ariana back in 2011 at another event, and she couldn't have had a better experience as she got to meet her idol and take pics with her.
But fastforward to this August when the young girl met Ariana again in connection with the MTV VMAs. She won a contest and took her sister with her to meet Ariana at the L.A. Forum in Inglewood after producing art showing just how much she loves Ari.
Unfortunately, the girls weren't too happy with the outcome of the meeting. They claim they were kept waiting before meeting with employees at MTV who asked the fans to tape a reaction to meeting Ariana before they met her.
When Ariana made her way to the fans, they claim she was icy, seemed uninterested in being there, and had a handful of assistants with her. The young girl says fans were then told rules about meeting Ariana which included that they were to give all gifts to her security and not her, and that they were only allowed to take a selfie with her. The young fan says Ariana only met them for a matter of seconds before running off.
HOWEVER, on the other hand is Ariana's side of the story. And an explanation about WHY she ran off that anyone could sympathize with.
