A man named Justin Viterito has filed a complaint in municipal court that alleges the reality star assaulted him in a bar fight on June 9.

After five seasons of these shenanigans, we're not exactly surprised by the news. However, this violent outburst may go on to hurt more than just Ron Ron's reputation.
