Lindsay's Lawyer's Got A Trick Up Her Sleeve, Charges MAY Get Reduced…

lindsays lawyer may get charges lowered

Looks like Lindsay may have some good news coming her way!

LiLo's lawyer Shawn Holley has brought in an expert to appraise the necklace that Lindsay allegedly stole.

Kamofie & Company priced the necklace at $2,500 despite purchasing it themselves for $850. IF the necklace's value is appraised at less than $950, then Lindsay's charge will be dropped to a misdemeanor.

We should find out more soon after Lindsay returns to court, but things def might be looking up for Ms. Lohan.

Do U think Lindsay's charge will be lowered to a misdemeanor? Or do U think that necklace is worth over $950?

Jewelry Store Screwed On The Sale Of Lindsay's Surveillance Tape

lindsay-lohan-jewelry-store-tape-no-sale.jpg

Serves them right for getting so money hungry!

If you haven't heard, the jewelry store in Venice that Lindsay Lohan allegedly stole a necklace from put the surveillance tape from that fateful day online so that people could pay $2.99 a pop to watch.

Oh yeah, they thought they would be raking in the $$$ from this, but it turns out, Lindsay hasn't been as profitable for them as they planned.

Sources reveal that owners of Kamofie & Company "got a raw deal" and haven't seen any of the profits from the sale of this tape yet. The source adds that the owners feel like they've been played and are currently having their contracts reviewed by lawyers to see why that is.

Let's be frank - you're not getting scammed. It's just that no one is buying what you are selling!!! This is OLD news and BORING news if you can't actually see Lindsay stealing anything. What, you think people are going to piss their money away on this?!

Times are tough….and there is NOTHING TO SEE!!!

Gross! Jewelers Put Lindsay's Surveillance Footage On-line, Charge Users To Watch It!

jewelers-put-lindsay-surveillance-footage-on-website

This is actually so appalling that we can't even believe it's real.

The jewelry store involved in Lindsay Lohan's current court drama has already sold the surveillance footage to the press and attempted to get themselves a book and movie deal over the legal disaster, and now, they've created a website on which users can watch the video of the formerly hard-pAArtying actress allegedly stealing the $2500 necklace - but for a price, of course!

The website, necklacevideo.com, will reportedly post "new content every day" so they can ensure that viewers "come back tomorrow for more" - and have to pay the $2.99 log-in fee again!

According to a rep from Kamofie & Company:

“We will help you make-up your mind about what really happened. NecklaceVideo.com is disclosing everything. The entire video surveillance footage, the real nature of the necklace, the supposed dialogue between Lindsay and the salesgirl.”

Gross. Seriously, just gross.

Firstly, the website sounds like it should be the host to some bizarre eastern european fetish porn, not a surveillance video of Lindsay trying on jewelry for 42 minutes. Secondly, WHO THE HELL IS GOING TO PAY THAT just to see, again, surveillance video of Lindsay trying on jewelry for 42 minutes? If they're going to trial because the footage doesn't prove anything, what makes it worth watching?

Lastly, this is yet another BIZARRE and exploitive move from this establishment, which once again reinforces for us that this whole court case is just a way for them to ca$h in on Lindsay's attention from the media and use her as a means to gain some notoriety for their business.

Ugh. This all just needs to be OVER.

What do U think? Did Lindsay do it?

Lindsay WANTED To Give That Necklace Back…She Was Just Busy!

lindsay didnt return necklace because she was busy

This is understandable. Grand Theft isn't THAT serious after all…

According to a police report, Lindsay Lohan's assistant told police that she didn't return the "stolen necklace" earlier because she's been busy:

"Ms. Lohan was in possession of the necklace and wanted to give the necklace back to the store the day after she took it from the store, but she was very busy."

LiLo's assistant claims that Lindz TRIED to return the necklace before she went to the police station….but nobody answered the phone.

Clearly this is the jewelry store's fault! First, the store overcharges for the necklace, and NOW they're not answering their phones???

NOT cool, Kamofie & Company! Clearly, this case should be dropped immediately! LOLz.

Thoughts???

Lindsay Has A History With The Jewelry Store She (Allegedly) Robbed

lindsay has a history with jewelry store she allegedly robbed

Looks like Lindsay Lohan has a bit of history with Kamofie & Company, the jewelry store she "allegedly" robbed.

A police report filed four days before Lindz's grand theft incident says that she tried to walk out of the store with an 18 karat gold white diamond earring.

Here's what was written in the report:

"Ms. Lohan gathered her things and started to leave the jewelry store without making a purchase. Ms. Lohan's hair was flipped to one side covering the diamond earring."

"[The clerk] stopped her and reminded Ms. Lohan she was still wearing the earring. Ms. Lohan laughed, admitted to her mistake and removed the earring from her ear and returned it to [the clerk]."

Guess we'll see if this report hurts her case, or helps her. Maybe it will lead people to believe that she's just REALLY absent-minded, as opposed to a kleptomaniac.

What do U think?

Store Owner Calls Bull Shiz On LiLo Taking The Necklace Out On Loan!

lindsay-lohan-stolen-necklace-loan-lies.jpg

Uh-oh! Has she been caught in another lie?!

Despite Lindsay Lohan claiming that the necklace she allegedly stole from Kamofie & Company was actually on loan to her, the store owner, Sofia, revealed that for that to have actually happened, the actress would have needed to follow an extremely strict procedure that never was taken!

She explains:

"When we loan out jewelry, we have a whole procedure that needs to be done. There is paperwork that needs to be filled out and there needs to be insurance information given or credit card information in case something happens with the jewelry. The stylist will come in and ask to borrow the jewelry for a shoot or an event."

Furthermore, the paperwork includes an itemized list of what the customer is taking on loan and a signed contract that claims responsibility for the item while it is out of the store!

Uh-oh - we'll be curious to hear how she plans to make up excuses explain herself for this one!

Meanwhile, although the case was submitted to the D.A. by the LAPD yesterday, a spokesperson from their office reveals that they're going to wait until next week to decide whether or not to persecute her for the stolen necklace. If they do, it could either be a charge for felony grand theft or a misdemeanor grand theft charge!

Better behave yourself this weekend, bb!

We think you've had enough trouble to last yourself a LIFETIME!

LiLo Readies Her Defense In Stolen Necklace Case!

lindsay-lohan-says-she-was-loaned-the-necklace-no-security-audio

Sneaky, sneaky!

Just as we suspected, Lindsay Lohan has once again found a way to weasel herself out of trouble for her latest drama, involving the allegedly stolen $2,500 necklace that could ultimately get her thrown in jail for violating the terms of her probation!

We're hearing that the actress' defense is that she was told by the owner of the store, Kamofie & Company, that she could take the necklace on loan - and because the surveillance video doesn't have audio, there's no proof otherwise!

Other factors that may hint that Lohan didn't do anything wrong was that the store owner knows where she lives, and had not tried to get in touch with her personally about the missing necklace, and that she wore the stolen item, well aware that it was one of a kind and that she would probably be photographed with it on!

Um…yeah! But didn't she do the same thing when she 'borrowed' that mink coat?!

The only reason the original owner found out she had it was because gurlfriend was snapped wearing it!

Frankly, with her track record, we're not completely sold that she's innocent - but we hope that she is!

We truly do want to see a reformed LiLo!

What do U think?? Is Lindsay just making up excuses again??
