On Friday, while talking to Orange is the New Black creator Jenji Kohan at Chevalier's Books in Los Angeles, CA, the 52-year-old refutes the claims against him.

Mad Men Producer Marti Noxon Speaks Out Against 'Emotional Terrorist' Matthew Weiner Amid Sexual Harassment Accusation

In case you hadn't heard, Matthew Weiner was recently accused of the kind of sexual harassment one might imagine happening on an episode of Mad Men.

Writer Kater Gordon claims the show's creator asked her to get naked and told her she owed it to him.

Now writer-producer Marti Noxon (pictured above), a TV veteran who ran two seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and created UnREAL and Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce, has now come out in support of her former coworker.

Not only does she say she remembers the day after the alleged incident, she has her own assessment of Weiner's bad behavior.

She even calls him an "emotional terrorist" and compares him to his character Pete Campbell!

Sexual harassment was a regular occurrence in the '60s, misogynistic world of Mad Men. But according to a former writer, it happened behind the scenes of the acclaimed show as well.

Kater Gordon was a writing assistant throughout the second season. Creator Matthew Weiner respected her input so much, he gave her her big break: cowriting the season finale with him.
