Kathy Griffin may have a secret diet, but her exercise regimen is not disguised, as she was spotted jogging through the Hollywood Hills today.

Dressed up in a chic jogging suit, the comedian listened to some cool sounds as she pushed herself to the limit — which was cool to see because now we know how she gets her fit bod.

Miz Griffin got it going on in soooo many ways!!!

Kathy Griffin has to have an invasive surgery to remove a uterine polyp — a surgery that has her talking about the procedure and her own mortality.

Actually, her assistant assures the world that it's minor and outpatient, and that Kathy is just messing around!

Ha!

Here's what Kathy said:

“I’m probably going to pass away… my chances of making it are very, very slim.”

Of course she'd scare us like that and then be completely joking. Why wouldn't she?

Well, even if it is super minor, we still want to wish you the best of luck — any surgery can be at least a little scary!
