Her father Michael Lohan & his girlfriend Kate Major are having a bay bay - Kate is reportedly in her first trimester!

Oddly enough, Kate's restraining order against Papa Lohan was lifted only a short while ago, so technically they must've made the bay bay in an act of illegal love!

Isn't that sweet? LOLz!

So Lindsay, if you're reading and you haven't heard yet, you're going to have a baby sibling!
