Newlyweds Kayte Walsh and Kelsey Grammer were spotted walking their pup in Manhattan Wednesday.

Kelsey — who is currently in the midst of selling off his multimillion dollar ski chalet in Colorado — is set to direct a CBS comedy pilot Vince Uncensored.

Starring Michael Chiklis, the show “centers on a man who, after a life-changing experience, decides to take a more honest approach to his life, work and family.”

Hm… sounds familiar…

Does this "character" also move from LA to NYC and divorce his wife and marry a younger woman?

Kelsey Grammer's rep has just confirmed to sources that Kelsey officially tied the knot with his girlfriend Kayte Walsh in New York this afternoon at the Longacre Theatre.

The couple held a "private ceremony" in the venue where only a year earlier, Kelsey was performing in the revival of La Cage Aux Folles. Sources reveal the couple was brought to the theater separately and were greeted by throngs of bodyguards, paparazzi and fans, eager to see the happy couple on their special day.

Well, the deed's been done. We'd like to offer our congratulations to the couple as well. May you have a long and happy life with each other, the details of which we hope you keep to yourselves!

Sure, he may now be officially divorced from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer, but Kelsey isn't applying for a marriage license just yet.

Kelsey and his fiancee Kayte Walsh were spotted leaving the NYC City Hall on Friday after the two attended the wedding of Kelsey's 27-year-old daughter, Spencer.

Sources also say that Kelsey even took Spencer jewelry shopping earlier in the day. Maybe she doesn't get a fancy wedding, but some big diamonds will do!

BTW, Kelsey and Kayte will also be tying the knot at the end of the month. Aw, a double father-daughter wedding. How romantic.

Trumpets will blare! Champagne will be toasted! Ewoks everywhere will dance!

All that's left are two eensy-weensy signatures, and it's all over! Kelsey Grammer and almost-ex Camille Grammer will officially be divorced.

Looks like Camille decided to give in after Kelsey FINALLY posted the $2 million bond that will provide her protection with regards to Kelsey's pension.

Kelsey and Camille's lawyers spoke to the judge this morning and announced that they reached a deal, but since the settlement papers hadn't been signed yet, the judge couldn't grant the divorce quite yet.

According to sources, Kelsey and Camille will sign the papers by Thursday, which should give Kelsey just enough time to marry Kayte Walsh at the end of the month.

All types of body parts crossed that everything goes smoothly and these two sign the papers on schedule.
