A newly banged Kim Kardashian went on a media blitz bonanza in New York on Tuesday to promote the upcoming season of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami.

The preggers reality star arrived at Sirius XM in a citrine guipure lace Stella McCartney peplum dress and Jimmy Choo heels, which according to her Twitter, she was really feeling.

Unfortunately, we don't share the same sentiment.

The dress was nice, but with the sheer lace panels on the side, it looked like she was busting out of it!

Oh well, she’ll get used to this maternity thing eventually…we hope.
