What a great way to remember a legend!
Tuesday would have been Tupac Shakur's 44th birthday had his life not been taken at such a young age, and one current artist is such a huge 'Pac fan that she decided to recreate some of the rapper's iconic photos to celebrate his big day!
Jhené Aiko may have only been eight years old when Tupac was gunned down at age 25 in 1996, but that didn't stop his music from influencing her musical style.
The 27-year-old singer decided to honor Tupac by posing for three photos; the shot from his LP All Eyez on Me, his Becoming Clean photoshoot with David LaChapelle, and the photo that was eventually selected to be on his posthumous Greatest Hits collection.
We can't imagine a better way to celebrate your idol!
Plus, what's Jhené's favorite Tupac song?? Ch-ch-check out her cover of Keep Ya Head Up from 2014 (below)!!!
