Kelly Osbourne has come a long way from when she first appeared on reality TV with her family.
Now the 29-year-old beauty will be appearing on reality television yet again, this time as a judge on Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model.
A source from BINTM reveals:
“The plan is for Kelly to come on board and shake things up. She is a massive fan of fashion and has good pedigree working on fashion shows. Crucially, she is also young and the whole point of the show is to find the next big thing.”
Miz Osbourne would likely be replacing either Grace Woodward or Charley Speed, with the source adding that the two ladies “have been on it for two years and producers are looking at how to change the line-up.”
Congrats, Kelly!

Kelly Osbourne showed her glamorous side last night at the Phoenix House Foundation’s 2011 Fashion Awards Dinner In New York City.
The organization is an independent, nonprofit which deals with drug abuse and prevention treatment.
Among the many celebs at the event was Kelly who looked stunning in a Mark and James dress which she paired with some black tights and stilettos.
Unfortunately she was having a bit of a manicure issue as she peeled off a few nails worth of polish. Oops.
Aside from that, we’re loving the overall look.

Oops!
Kelly Osbourne was burning up at the E! Entertainment launch party in Germany on Monday night.
The Fashion Police star showed off her hot bod (and sweat marks) in a red Jexika dress paired with black and silver heels.
For the record, Kelly says her fashion "no no" was due to the heat lamps on the red carpet.

Someone's been working on their fitness!
Material Girl Kelly Osbourne looked fantastic on the Emmy red carpet tonight!
The Fashion Police flaunted her skinny minny bod in a figure-hugging J Mendel ball gown in a deep purple.
And if our eyes aren't playing a trick on us, it looks like her hair is back to a very pale lavender color.
Loved it the first time, loving it the second!

Check out those legs!
Kelly Osbourne looked amazing at the screening of God Bless Ozzy Osbourne last night held at the ArcLight Cinema to benefit The Musicares Map Fund.
The 26-year-old, who was also joined by her mother Sharon and brother Jack, showed off a lot of leg in her printed mini-dress and sparkling stilettos.
Kelly kept her makeup to a minimal and her hair pulled back which kept all the focus on her dress.
Gorgeous!

It sounds like being the face of Material Girl is just the beginning of Kelly Osbourne's fashion ventures.
At last week's Beverly Center launch, Kelly revealed that she's in the early stages of designing her own jewelry line.
She told WWD:
"I am just getting it where I want it to be, but I’m not allowed to discuss it just yet."
Inneresting.
When you are allowed to discuss, don't be shy about sharing the deets!

We showed you some behind-the-scene photos last week of Kelly Osbourne and Lola on the set of the Material Girl shoot.
And now we have even more to share!
Lola took to her blog and posted the following:
“Check out these brand new pictures we managed to take from the set! Kelly was working it throughout the entire 10 hour shoot!”
And we’ll give Kelz a lot of credit, she was looking pretty fierce during her 10 hour shoot!
Loves it!
