Netflix is treating themselves to some Aziz Ansari!
It's been announced that the Parks & Recreation alum is heading over to the streaming service to star in an untitled comedy series, which he is co-creating with Parks & Rec executive producer Alan Yang!
The series is currently filming in New York, and stars a slew of comedians — including H. Jon Benjamin, Dear White People's Lena Waithe, Tim & Eric's Eric Wareheim, and Saturday Night Live actors Noel Wells and Kelvin Yu!
The 32-year-old has a great working relationship with the streaming service, since he already has two Netflix original specials, Buried Alive and Live At Madison Square Garden. Details about the new show are still under wraps, but it's being reported that the project is semi-autobiographical and deals with dating and relationships.
The premise doesn't sound too original right off the bat, but the comedian hasn't let us down yet!
Will U be watching Aziz's new comedy?
