Yikes!!
One of Justin Bieber's bodyguards was arrested in New York earlier this week for allegedly beating up a paparazzo in November of last year.
The photog is accusing Kenneth Hamilton of shoving him against a parked car.
Hamilton made a statement at a police station this past Wednesday and was issued a desk appearance ticket.
So what does Justin have to say about this?
His reps deny the allegations.
