Trinity, a high school student and sprinter herself, was not involved with either group, and was simply in the worst place at the worst time as two cars of people got into an altercation and began firing at each other.

An innocent bystander, Trinity was shot in the neck. Very quickly she was taken to a nearby hospital, but within an hour she was pronounced dead.

Tyson, an extremely well-known American sprinter, is reportedly flying to Kentucky this afternoon. He told the media:

High School Drops Racist Hairstyle Policy After Parents Complain!

no title

They shouldn't have even made this rule in the first place.

Butler Traditional High School came under fire last week after parents and students learned about the school's new dress code, which banned "distracting" hairstyles like dreadlocks, cornrows, twists, and braids.

The racist rule was revealed to the teens and parents involved with the Louisville, Kentucky school in late July during registration.

The list of banned hairstyles was printed out on a pink handout, and, according to the flyer, any student seen sporting any of those hairdos would be sent home:

"Those students who come to school in violation of the dress code will not be allowed to attend class or circulate through the school until their attire is corrected. We feel that a student's academic success is directly correlated to appropriate attire and appearance."

Considering the rule seemed to be targeting members of the African American community, people were PISSED, and slammed the school's new policy as racist.

Here are some of the reactions (below):

Filed under: Film FlickersBusted!ViolenceScary!CrazzzzyViral: KidsViral: News

This is horrible.

So scary.

On Saturday, things took a terrifying turn during a showing of Star Trek Beyond at a Kentucky movie theater. While watching the sci-fi sequel at the Cinemark location in Paducah, a man pulled out a GUN after a child had been kicking his seat.

In a statement from the Paducah police, the man had apparently had enough and stood up, swearing at the boy and asking if he was going to continue kicking.

Remember Kentucky Clerk (And Stalwart Bigot) Kim Davis? Looks Like She Broke The Law AGAIN…

no title

Karma's a b*tch, b*tch!

Remember how Kim Davis became basically the worst person in America when she refused to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples and went to jail for five days for breaking federal law?

Well, it looks like she didn't really learn her lesson… because the Rowan County clerk broke another law…

Apparently, the Kentucky Attorney General believes that Kimmy and the equally bigoted Liberty Counsel violated the state's Open Records Act when denying gay rights in 2015, which means they're guilty of trying to keep their dirty laundry private when it legally should be public.

According to new reports, a Washington nonprofit called Campaign for Accountability used the Freedom of Information Act to access documents between Kim and the anti-LGBT counsel back in March… only both parties refused to

Catholic Church Will Allow Gay Couple To Get Buried Next To Each Other — Just Not With Their Same Sex Marriage Tombstone…

no title

Even if you're a bigot… this doesn't make much sense.

Michael DeLeon and Greg Bourke have spent the last 30 years together, have been married since 2004, and have even raised two children as a couple, but they may not be able to spend eternity together.

That's because a Catholic Church in Louisville, Kentucky has allowed the husbands to get buried in their cemetery… they just can't do it with the tombstone they had in mind!

Apparently, Michael and Greg, both 58, applied to be buried at the Catholic Archdiocese of Louisville in order to take the burden off their kids, but their gravestone depicting two male hands with wedding rings above the Supreme Court was deemed inappropriate for the Church back in March.

According to Catholic Charities executive director Javier Fajardo, the diocese believed the gay symbol went against the Bible, saying:

ICYMI: Kentucky's Senate Passes A Bill That Allows Businesses To Discriminate Against The LGBT Community

This is just awful.

We can't believe sh*t like this is still happening.

ICYMI, on Tuesday, the Kentucky Senate passed a religious liberties bill to legally protect businesses that deny service to members of the LGBT community because of religious reasons.

The Republican-controlled senate passed the measure — which would expand on the state's 2013 Religious Freedom Restoration Act — on a 22-16 vote.

The problem with the legislation is that, even though same-sex marriage has been legalized nationwide, it continues to promote anti-gay sentiments and allow discriminatory actions.

However, those supporting the bill say it protects citizens' rights to freedom of conscience.

Its lead sponsor, Senator Albert Robinson, defended the measure, saying:

EXCLUSIVE! Big Brother Alum Wil Heuser Arrested For DUI & MORE!

no title

What is it with people and drunk driving?!

In the THIRD instance of drunk driving this month, we've learned that Big Brother season 14 alum Wil Heuser was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol on February 18. Kentucky police also charged the reality star with riding around with an open container… a big no no.

To make matters even WORSE, W.H. was also found to have no current insurance for the vehicle in question. The offense brings Wil's total charges to three.

For those who don't remember, Wil lives in the Bluegrass State and once worked as a marketing consultant before Big Brother. On the series, the openly gay Heuser played up a funny man persona and ended up in 11th place.

Hopefully this incident will be a wakeup call for the 28-year-old. Drinking while driving is never worth it!
