GOP Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell Confronted By Protesters At Kentucky Restaurant

It's a tough time to be a Republican politician or government official… and you know what? GOOD!

It's about time Republicans felt the brunt of what they're doing to this country — and it happened today with Mitch McConnell as the GOP Senate Majority Leader left a Louisville, Kentucky restaurant.

As you can see in the video (above), protesters confronted McConnell as he was leaving the eatery, and they were peaceful but LOUD in voicing displeasure about his alliance with Donald Trump and his continued support of shitty GOP policies.

Protesting like this alone won't fix things like Trump's horrible immigration policies… but it might just make some GOP politicians think twice about getting into bed with the Cheeto-in-Chief on some of his destructive, anti-American ideas.

As for Mitch himself? This dude is beyond help — long ago, he sold his soul to worship at the throne of The Donald. Fuck this guy!

What do U think, Perezcious readers?! Let us know your opinions in the comments (below)!!

High School Drops Racist Hairstyle Policy After Parents Complain!

no title

They shouldn't have even made this rule in the first place.

Butler Traditional High School came under fire last week after parents and students learned about the school's new dress code, which banned "distracting" hairstyles like dreadlocks, cornrows, twists, and braids.

The racist rule was revealed to the teens and parents involved with the Louisville, Kentucky school in late July during registration.

The list of banned hairstyles was printed out on a pink handout, and, according to the flyer, any student seen sporting any of those hairdos would be sent home:

"Those students who come to school in violation of the dress code will not be allowed to attend class or circulate through the school until their attire is corrected. We feel that a student's academic success is directly correlated to appropriate attire and appearance."

Considering the rule seemed to be targeting members of the African American community, people were PISSED, and slammed the school's new policy as racist.

Here are some of the reactions (below):
