Bill Cosby Reportedly Claiming He's 'Legally Blind' In New Defense In Sex Scandal Case!

We're pretty sure his current vision has nothing to do with his alleged actions from DECADES ago.

Wait… what?! This is very, um, eye-opening.

On Monday, a report came out that Bill Cosby is using his current health issues to defend himself in his recent lawsuits.

The scandalized star is supposedly using his eye conditions to claim that Beverly Johnson fabricated her story claiming she was drugged by the comedian.

According to court docs the Cosby Show alum filed in his defamation lawsuit against the 63-year-old, he is "legally and functionally blind" after suffering from glaucoma and keratoconus, a condition that changes the shape of his corneas. The disorder is known to distort vision.

A source validated the 78-year-old's vision problems, saying:

"Bill doesn't want to make an issue of his eye condition, but it's a real concern to his family and friends. I think his pals and family are greatly alarmed at his bug-eyed appearance."

Honestly we're a little confused because Beverly's story allegedly took place decades ago, and we don't see how the current state of the celeb's vision has anything to do with what she claims he did that long ago.

However, the report says Bill is using his ailing eyesight to discredit the actress' statement that he looked shocked to see her at the airport this year.
