Two more guests have been added to the National Christmas Tree Lighting.
Kermit The Frog and The Black Eyed Peas have added to the star studded gala.
The two join other performers Big Time Rush, Ellie Goulding, OneRepublic, Rodney Atkins and Marsha Ambrosius.
President Barack Obama and his family will light the tree for the 89th time. The tradition started with President Calvin Coolidge back in 1923.
A new 26 foot tree will be lit for the first. A Colorado blue spruce was chosen after the last tree toppled over due to strong winds.
Carson Daly is set to host the event on Thursday, December 1st.
December and the holidays are just around the corner!

First of all, we just wanna point out how sweet it is now that Jason Segel's in our lives. The man cried when he met Kermit the Frog. That is a beautiful thing.
Second, Rolling Stone's movie critic, Peter Travers, is a trip! And a good trip at that! We love this guy!
U gotta watch this interview! Jason reveals TONS of inside Muppets details! TONS!
This isn't the first time Kermit has been a vampire, but it's definitely the funniest!
And Miss Piggy looks just as fabulous as ever — even as a sulking Bella.
OMG Rowlf!! ROFL!!!!
These Twilight parody posters are HIGHlarious!!!

We still want The Muppets to host…but Betty would be an EXTREMELY CLOSE second choice! Or maybe she can host WITH Kermit, Miss Piggy, and all the others!!! EPIC!
A very lucky Perezcious Reader got the wonderful opportunity to see Betty White speak at Southern California's Distinguished Speaker Series in Pasadena last night….and sure enough, the subject of the Oscars came up!
We warned you, and now it has happened!! The Muppets were on WWE Raw this week, and as expected, it was a little weird.
The thing is though, we LOVE the Muppets regardless of where they are, and they took the opportunity to bring the same level of entertainment as they always do!
Check it out above!
PS — We love Beaker!!!!
