It certainly looks that way!

Although Chris Brown has denied that he flew out to the French Riviera to spend time with ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, the singer was spotted partying it up at the Gotha nightclub in Cannes with girlfriend Karrueche Tran!

And by "with," we mean he flirted with groups of women while she stood by him, looking miserable!

We guess we wouldn't be too thrilled if our boyfriend brought us to France just so he could shack up on a yacht with an ex-girlfriend, either!

But then again, she has stuck by him through everything else, so who knows what's really going on?
