Robert F. Kennedy's daughter Kerry Kennedy was charged Friday with driving while ability impaired by drugs, after swerving across I-684, side-swiping a tractor-trailer, and eventually breaking on the side of the road.

When police found Kerry, she was slumped over the wheel, apparently completely incapacitated.
