Please say it ain't so, Elmo!

Former Sesame Street puppeteer Kevin Clash is once again making headlines in a situation that continues to get worse and worse, as one of the original accusers in this disturbing sex scandal is adding more to his allegations.

Sheldon Stephens was one of the first to step forward and say he allegedly had a sexual relationship with Kevin before he was of age, but his story doesn't stop there. He is now claiming that the puppeteer would smoke crystal meth during their sex-capades and feed the young man drugs.

Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash has not yet been found guilty of any inappropriate sexual conduct with minors, so we must assume he's innocent of these nasty charges until we see evidence to the contrary!

Still, this weekend's development hurts our heart!

Three men claim Kevin sexually abused them while they were minors and they filed lawsuits saying as much.

Kevin's lawyer Michael Berger just filed a motion to combat this lawsuit, not by maintaining his client's innocence, but by saying the men aren't entitled to any money because the statute of limitations expired on their grievances.

In the motion filed to dismiss the lawsuits, Michael claims

The poor little Muppet hasn’t had it easy these days, but Michael Bublé is one star who isn’t turning his back on him.

While Elmo is caught in the middle of the sex scandal mess of Kevin Clash AKA the voice of Elmo, Michael stood by his decision to celebrate the holidays with the furry guy.

Elmo was pre-recorded as a guest on Michael’s Home for the Holidays TV special, and the lawsuits that fell on Kevin after the recording didn’t change Michael’s love for the Sesame Street character. He said:

Sesame Street will definitely never be the same as a FOURTH accuser has come forward against Kevin Clash in regard to sexual assault claims.

The latest claims against Kevin come from another man who reports that he had sexual contact with the Kevin when he was just “16 or 17.”

No word on if Kevin used the name Mr. Tickler this time as well.

The plaintiff, who is referred to as S.M. in legal documents, claims the incident occurred in 1995 or 1996 and involved Kevin encouraging him to visit him in New York after they met in Miami.

S.M. did eventually make the trip to NY and claims he “had sexual contact on multiple occasions” with the former voice of Elmo.

We can't even imagine what might have gone on…

If you haven't heard about the WB's secret puppet movie project involving Kevin Clash, that's probably because it was a secret project. LOLz!

Now we know, though, and it's too late — not only has Kevin resigned from Sesame Street, he's been cut from the WB on this project as well. You know, because of the whole allegations of having sexual relationships with three underaged partners thing.

That'll pretty much put a nail in your career, unless you're Roman Polanski.
