Ouch! Watch This NFL Player Get A VERY Unwelcome Surprise After Slamming His Helmet Down In Frustration!

Ah, the last Sunday of the NFL regular season.

Some teams are moving on to the playoffs, and other teams are moving all their gear out of the locker rooms, because their season is over.

For Buffalo Bills kicker Dan Carpenter, the only thing moving might be the bone structure in his face after a little on-field mishap!

Carpenter was kicking for the Bills in their game against the New York Jets on Sunday afternoon when he missed an extra point after his team scored a touchdown.

Extra points are usually a sure thing, so the fact that Carpenter missed it was no bueno — and the kicker didn't hide how he felt about it after the play!

Ch-ch-check out this little surprise that pops up right in the football player's face after he angrily reacts to his error on the sidelines (below):

This ref is having a rough night!

We've all heard the phrase "Get your head in the game", but we don't think it's meant for the referees!!

With all of the action going on in your standard football game, it's not really common to see field goals make their way to the highlight reel!

But Midland Lee kicker Luis Aranda is changing that with a pretty amazing trick shot that's taking the internet by storm!

And by "trick shot" we mean he kicked the ball right into the referee's face! And the best part is the field goal totally counts!!

Chris Kluwe Cut By Vikings For Outspoken Support Of LGBT Community!

chris kluwe job loss kicker vikings pro lgbt community support sad awful

THIS IS BULLSHIZZ!

Chris Kluwe is one of the most high-profile athlete supporters of the LGBT community, and it looks like he's being replaced by a 5th round pick as kicker on the Minnesota Vikings because of it! UGH!

He was part of that team for EIGHT YEARS, and we agree with him that it has something to do with his work for equality — even as a straight married man with kids! He was most recently fighting legislation in Minnesota that would have banned same-sex marriage when he gained a bunch of notoriety for a profanity-lace letter he wrote to Maryland Assembly Delegate Emmett C. Burns that went viral.

Here's what he said about his cut and the bullshizz that it means:

Former Middle Tennessee State Kicker Wants NFL Tryout, Would Be First Openly Gay Player!

alan gendreau kicker nfl gay openly out proud lgbt first

What's one way to avoid having to come out of the closet in the middle of your NFL career?

Go into the NFL already open and proud!

That's what Alan Gendreau aims to do if he gets a shot at a tryout for an NFL kicker position!

The best part is that's he phenomenal at what he does. He played with high distinction from 2008 to 2011, and was the leading scorer in Sun Belt Conference history, with 295 points over his career! Being gay has ZERO effect on ability!

YouTube Sensation 'Kickalicious' Gets Signed To The Detroit Lions!

Filed under: Wacky, Tacky & TrueYouTubeFootballNFL

We always knew YouTube could create careers!!

28-year-old Norwegian Havard Rugland, better known as 'Kickalicious' was just another normal man who enjoyed playing amateur soccer.

But in 2011, he found interest in football, which led him to create a YouTube account to show off his craaazzzy kicking skills, and once the NFL noticed how AH-MAYZING Rugland could kick, they went after him.

However, since he can only be signed to one team, the Detroit Lions coach, Jim Schwartz tapped him, and now, he's a LION!!

Schwartz revealed how he got Havard on his team, he said:

"Kickalicious? Same way you guys did. He had worked out for the Jets, I believe, a couple weeks before us. And when you work out a player, it goes across the [NFL] wire also. But when those guys have agents and things like that, the reason they went through that was to try to get opportunities, so he has agents [that are] working, and we had opportunity."

We're glad to hear that Detroit was able to get such a great kicker. It's just crazy that they found him on the world wide web, which doesn't even matter 'cuz we know Havard is gonna do a great job!!

Raven's Kicker Is Taking Missed Field Goal Very 'Personally'

Ravens kicker

In most people's minds, the Baltimore Ravens and the New England Patriots were already in overtime before kicker Billy Cundiff lined up for what should have been a very easy 32 yard field goal to tie the game.

With only seconds left on the clock, Cundiff kicked and did the unthinkable — he missed.

While Patriot fans rejoiced and Raven fans mourned the loss they didn't see coming (at least, not that kind of loss), nobody took it harder than the man responsible for kicking the pigskin a little too far to the left. During a press conference following the game, Cundiff explained his mental state, saying:
