What a hero!

Roxanna Ramirez works at Target as a loss prevention specialist, but she went far and beyond her call of duty this past Friday!

She was working at the store in the Pittsburg store in the Bay Area of California when she noticed a person, who will later be identified as David Douglas, acting super weird inside and outside the store as he was lingering for hours, wearing a backpack.

It was enough to spark her interest into checking him out in the parking lot where he started acting downright freaky like

Cleveland Kidnapper Ariel Castro Confirmed As Father Of Amanda Berry's 6-Year-Old Girl!

castttt

It has been confirmed.

Ariel Castro, the prime suspect in the Cleveland Kidnapping Case, has been identified as the father of his victim Amanda Berry's child.

Amanda was the woman who originally escaped from the house that imprisoned her and two other women for ten years. Berry was able to get out along with her six-year-old daughter. That led to the rescue of the two other victims, Michelle Knight and Gina DeJesus.

Castro's DNA sample was delivered to Ohio crime investigators yesterday afternoon, and those samples confirm that Castro is the one who fathered Berry's daughter.

Here's what the attorney general said:

Cleveland Kidnapping Case: Piers Morgan Interviews Unsung Hero Angel Cordero

Filed under: TV NewsMedia MinutePiers Morgan

Piers Morgan had an interview with Angel Cordero who has been largely ignored by the national media despite his part in the rescue of Amanda Berry, one of the Cleveland Kidnapping victims.

While most of the attention has dwelled upon Charles Ramsey, Angel says he was actually the one who kicked in the door that allowed Amanda to escape with her young child.

Part of the reason why Angel hasn't been as celebrated as Mr. Ramsey is probably because Angel does not speak English.

But with a translator, the other hero explained how it all went down on that fateful Monday.

Anderson Cooper Interviews Cleveland Hero Charles Ramsey

Filed under: TV NewsMedia MinuteAnderson Cooper

Anderson Cooper conducted an amazing interview with one of the key figures from the Cleveland kidnapping case - Charles Ramsey.

This heroic man lived next door to the house that held Amanda Berry captive along with Michelle Knight and Gina DeJesus for ten years.

He rescued Berry after he heard her cries for help, and even though everyone is calling him a hero - Ramsey says he only did the right thing, and does not want any reward money! Which consequently is only further proof of his heroism.

Ramsey also tells Coop that he never saw any of the victims previously, but that he DID see two little girls whom he thought were the main suspect Ariel Castro's grandkids. One of those little girls was most likely Berry's daughter, who was conceived and born while Amanda was held captive.

To Charge Or Not To Charge? Etan Patz Case Remains In Limbo

etanpatzupdate.jpg

The clock is ticking, and yet there's still no word on whether the Manhattan distort attorney's office has enough evidence to convict Pedro Hernandez, the man who confessed to killing 6-year-old Etan Patz.

Here's what the D.A. said:

“I’m not going to answer that question and not because I’m afraid to answer that question, but because it’s premature to answer it at this time.”

The guy's obviously a pro at sidestepping questions, but what about Etan's parents who have had to live for 30 years without knowing what happened to their child. Are they at least in the loop?

Here's what the D.A. said:

“I really don’t want to dramatize my communications with the Patz family. We now have a case that we are working on with an enormous amount of resources, care and attention,”

The NYPD remain optimistic of its chances to successfully convict Hernandez. The FBI, however, are wary of those odds considering Hernandez has bipolar disorder, and the case hinges on the man's word with no physical evidence of any kind.

It's been over 30 years since Etan Patz vanished while walking to his bus stop in the Soho district of New York.

Hernandez says he lured the 6-year-old boy into a bodega by promising him soda then describes how he strangled him and dumped his body in the trash. Hernandez has not explained why he did it if he in fact did.

We hope this case makes some sort of progress to get closer to some sort of closure for Etan's long suffering parents.

A bitter sweet turn of events for the parent.

They won't get their boy back, but at least there is a glimmer of hope for justice for them.

Patz Suspect Gets Psych Exam & Placed Back In Holding Cell

etanpatzsuspect.jpg

Oh man.

Psychologists have finished examining the murder suspect of Etan Patz as authorities get ready to arraign him on the date that marks the 33rd anniversary of the day the crime happened - a date now recognized as National Missing Children's Day.

Pedro Hernandez is scheduled to appear in court for the first time ever today.

His court-appointed lawyer was seen coming in late, but declined to comment on his client.

Although the lawyer did politely ask the media to back off of Hernandez's relatives who were at the court.

Here's what he said:

"It's a tough day. The family is upset. Please give them some space"

Earlier today Hernandez was asked a series of questions by staff health psychologists at Bellvue Hospital for a preexisting yet unknown medical condition.

It is also unclear whether or not the suspect did in fact receive any medicine.

Police said they have informed the Patz family concerning the arrest.

Here's what the police said on Etan's father's reaction:

"Mr. Patz was taken back, a little surprised and I would say overwhelmed to a degree. He was a little surprised, but I think after everything Mr. Patz has gone through, he handled it very well."

We sure hope that the Patz family is vindicated after their long struggle dealing with the uncertainty of what ever happened to their 6-year-old boy.
