Drum roll please…1.5 million copies.

So that means paying Kim Kardashian $1.5 million for the exclusive photos was worth it, right?

Yes and no.

People's Kardashian wedding issue sold 31% more than the newsstand sales average of 1.15 million. However, since they only make $2 for each copy they jacked the price up from $3.99 to $4.99 (or 25%) to cover their butts in case it underperformed.

The magazine also offered a $1 off coupon for a future issue, which will ultimately cost them later down the line.

Kim Kardashian is said to be fuming mad at People magazine for not including her new husband Kris Humphries on last week's cover.

One source said:

“It was supposed to be her and Kris. She is worried about what his family thinks. She doesn’t want to alienate them."

But according to Kim's rep that couldn't be further from the truth:

"Kim of course wanted Kris to be on the cover, but it was People’s decision…everyone, including Kris understood…No one is upset."

Of course they can't! People paid THEM for the pictures. Plus, Kim's probably thrilled she finally got a major cover all to herself.

After ponying up $1.5 million for exclusive wedding pics, People is slowly releasing info about Kim Kardashian's wedding — but more importantly the dresses!

Kim said she didn't know which of the three Vera Wang dresses she was going to wear until two days before the wedding, but ultimately decided to say her "I Dos" in a princess gown.

Vera described the full tulle skirt, basque waist and hand-pieced Chantilly lace appliqué bodice and train as "Cinderella with a very sexy body". Adding Kimmy "has a very Liz Taylor or Sofia Loren kind of body and we didn’t want to lose that."

Following the ceremony, the newlywed changed into a her "favorite" look for the first dance. The Georgette mermaid dress included hand-pieced Chantilly lace appliqué on the bodice and hand-cut organza petals intermixed with Chantilly lace motifs and organza sprig embroidery on the skirt.

For her last costume change of the night, Mrs. Humphries went with the simplest dress of all: a crepe-back satin gown with v-neck and circle skirt.

Kim Kardashian and her assistant stopped by the Vera Wang boutique on Melrose to pick up what we assume to be her wedding dress.

Her assistant had the honor of carrying the garment bag in one hand and a bridal release form in the other.

The Vera Wang boutique was on lock down Wednesday afternoon for Kim Kardashian's final dress fitting.

To make sure the hoards of paps didn't get any pictures of the dress, all the windows were covered from floor to ceiling with white paper.

But despire the store's efforts, the shutterbugs still swarmed the Melrose boutique to snap the future Mrs. Humphries on one of her last days as a single lady.

She looks relatively calm…for now.

With only 6 days to go until the "big day", Kim Kardashian got a feel for wearing a white gown at the VH1 Do Something Awards on Sunday night.

The future Mrs. Humphries hit the blue carpet in a figure-hugging Antonio Berardi crepe and ruched chiffon gown with a gold belt and blinged out clutch to match her big ol' ring.

We gotta say, Kim has a knack for picking out dresses that show off her curves and this one does just that!
