Before leaving on a jet plane, Kim Kardashian stepped out in El Lay on Friday to feed her weekly Pinkberry craving with friends Brittny Gastineau and Simon Huck.

The pregnant reality star treated her Kimbryo wearing a light beige version of the same Finders Keepers ensem from last month, but thanks to the sunny weather, she skipped the leather leggings and ditched her stilettos for gold Giuseppe Zanotti flats.

While her feet might have felt comfortable for the second time in a week, we can't say the same for that, um, dress.

And that jersey fabric was obviously working extra hard to contain all of Kimmy's assets!

We know she's not that far along yet, and we sure as hell don't know what it's like to be pregnant, but those Saint Laurent pumps and that tight Valentino leather jacket can't possibly be comfortable!

Then again, this is Kim we're talking about! When has she EVER dressed for comfort?!

If there's one thing we can go without seeing, it's Kim Kardashian in flagrante delicto with whomever she happens to be dating at the moment.

Clearly, Kimmy doesn't agree as she went ahead and reenacted the event that led to her to carrying Kanye West's child on the cover of L'Officiel Hommes magazine's spring issue shot by Nick Knight.

But maybe we're being too judgmental–what child doesn't want to see their parents doing the nasty on the cover of a major publication???

We're sure Kimye's baby girl will appreciate the fine art of this cover when she's old enough, don't you think?

Oh, Kimberly, WHAT are you wearing???

Kim Kardashian wrapped her Kimbryo up in some outfit you'd only find at the local dominatrix store, or maybe on the set of The Matrix back in 1999 on Tuesday.

Leather leggings, black blazer, and black Finders Keepers dress with harness-like neckline and sheer duster flaps ideal for sweeping made up the bulk of Kimmy's cray cray ensemble, while strappy Louboutins, Chanel purse, and her new collection of Lorraine Schwartz bracelets rounded it out.

On the flip side, her side braid was actually really cute.

We're just going to go ahead and blame this little disasterpiece on Kanye. That's the only reasonable explanation, right?

As if the sheer fabric wasn't enough, Kimmy also unbuttoned her top to reveal her cleave.
