What happened to time out??
One ADHD five-year-old wouldn't clam down durning class. So, of course, his teacher called the cops.
The school administrators at Rio Calaveras Elementary of Stockton, CA, thought a good way to fix Michael Davis' "discipline problem" was to have him arrested.
The officer says he decided to arrest the
criminal kindergartner when he placed his hand on Michael's and then
"the boy pushed my hand away in a batting motion, pushed papers off the table, and kicked me in the right knee."
According to our source the kid wouldn't calm down, so the officer cuffed Michael's hands and feet with zip ties and took the boy to the Stockton Kaiser Psychiatric Hospital in the back of a squad car. WFT??
He was picked up by his dad a few hours later — still in cuffs.
No word on if this actually affected Michael's behavior.
