Katy Perry recently tweeted a photo of her cute cat, Kitty Purry.

She wrote:

"meow!"

What a cutie! We love the name tag.

We're sure Kitty is helping Katy feel not so alone during this tough time with the divorce and everything.

It's no secret that Katy Perry is head over heels for her cat, Kitty Purry.

But, surprisingly, that wasn't always true.

She said:

"I hated cats when I was growing up because I had dogs, and I really didn't understand cats.

Then, all of a sudden, a cat kind of walked into my life and wouldn't leave, and her name is Kitty Purry."

And after spending some time together, the two of them really began to hit it off once Katy realized how surprisingly emotionally complex a cat can be.

"I started to have to be a little more patient, I had to really kind of figure her out.

And then I started to notice, 'Oh my God, maybe that's kind of how I am.' You have to take a little patience with me. You have to earn my affection."

A true love story.

Katy Perry just finished her California Dreams tour and is finally reunited with Kitty Purry!!

She tweeted the above pic and wrote:

"Reunited and it feels so good… Me & Kitty Purry havin a kip."

She looks so CUTE with her kitty and her kitty looks so cute with her. They love each other.

She later jokingly tweeted:

"Take that @taylorswift13 & Meredith!"

We think both Taylor and Katy's kitties are the cutest!

An image of Katy Perry's upcoming fragrance Purr has been released and to no one's surprise the bottle looks just like a kitty cat.

U like???

As we mentioned back in July, Katy Perry is coming out with her feline-inspired fragrance Purr next month and now we have the first image from the campaign!

In the ad shot by Miles Aldridge, Katy dons a purple and pink latex cat suit while playing with a large ball of yarn.

Kitty Purry must be jealous!

She said it best "I am a product whore", which is exactly why Katy Perry is coming out with her very first fragrance this fall.

The new stank, Purr, was inspired by Katy's Catwoman stage costume and will be sold exclusively at Nordstrom in November.

The California Gurls explained how she named her kitty-named fragrance, saying:

"I’m a very lyrical-based person, and the whole ‘purr’ thing kept coming back — [the sound is in] perfume, perfect, even Perry if you say it a certain way. It just seemed logical. The hardest part was keeping it under wraps for a year [during the development process]. I kept wanting to tell someone!"

The peach nectar, forbidden apple and green bamboo notes of Purr will come in packaged in a cat-shaped bottle with jeweled eyes and will retail between $36 and $65, depending on the size.
