After weeks of sort of, but not really talking about his failed marriage to Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries decided it was FINALLY time to sort of, but not really address it in his most recent interview.
While appearing on Good Morning America to bake cookies with his mother Debra, Kris admitted life is "different" since the split with his true love and is ready to be taken seriously as a basketball player again, explaining:
"Through everything I've just focused on family and preparing for basketball. Basketball is something I take really seriously and I continue to do that. You know, I'm just moving forward."
When asked if whether or not the cameras for Kim's reality show contributed to their downfall, he said:
"I can't say for sure. It's the only time I've been married. I've been in front of cameras on the NBA since I was 19."
Does he still love Kim? Apparently, that's a laughable thought, as he let out a chuckle before answering with:
"I'm focused on just what I can control, which is being ready to play ball and supporting my mom and her cookie baking."
Then, for the fourth time, Kris continued to talk about basketball when asked about the possible annulment of his marriage, saying:
"I'm really right now focused on basketball and other things will take care of themselves, you know?"
Okay, so it sounds like Kris is totally over this whole marriage thing and just wants to be known as that guy who plays basketball again.
We have no doubt that he'll be back in the NBA, but have a feeling it will be a LONG time before anybody forgets about his disastrous relationship with Kim Kardashian.
