After we reported on speculation that Hurt Locker actor Jeremy Renner was gay this morning, a source came forward and reminded us of a very CURIOUS article in the real estate section of the El Lay Times way back in January about the Oscar nominee's house being sold!

The story says:

Actors Jeremy Renner, who played the leader of an explosives disposal unit in the critically acclaimed film "The Hurt Locker," and co-investor Kristoffer Winters found a buyer for their restored 1924 Greek Revival in the Hollywood Hills area after five months on the market.

CO-INVESTOR?? REALLY??

Two working Hollywood actors in their 30s buy a house together as 'co-investors'??

YEAH. That's what we thought, too.

Well, sources are guaranteeing for us that Renner and Winters are DEFINITELY an item!!

Wow!!

We guess we should give the National Enquirer more credit!!
