Sons of Anarchy creator Kurt Sutter always has LOTS to say, so it should come as no surprise that he's already opened up about the upcoming season!

So basically, there's a whole lotta drama going down between DirecTV and FX!!!

Last week, DirecTV let Fox Networks know they were about to drop their a$$es if they couldn't agree on carriage fees. So then Fox was all like hey let's extend this but according to them, DirecTV told them hellll to the no unless they agreed to their demands.

So DirecTV wants to "suspend" the networks beginning Nov. 1. Word went around, eventually landing in Kurt Sutters' ears. Being the creator of FX's big hit Sons of Anarchy, this is going to affect him a lil bit.

Another season of seksirrific Charlie Hunnam? We'll take it!

After Sons of Anarchy became FX's highest rated program last month, we kind of assumed it'd be renewed for another season…and we were right.

This morning, FX announced that they're renewing SOA for a 13-episode fifth season.

Here's what FX president John Landgraf had to say about the network's decision to renew the show:

That doesn't mean, however, that he's run out of things to say.

Kurt Sutter, creator of Sons of Anarchy, has been a very vocal party during all of this controversy with AMC. However, when it was announced yesterday that Breaking Bad has been renewed by the network for a final season, Kurt was surprisingly quiet. Not a single tweet escaped his page. No ranting or raving of any kind was to be found anywhere on his site.

Well, we've since learned that Kurt has decided to end his time on Twitter. Why? Gee, why does anyone quit Twitter really? How about we read his blog post, which is well beyond 140 characters (ding, ding, ding) and see if we can't figure it out. Kurt writes:

Eminem wants to return to the big screen for the Kurt Sutter-created boxing flick — Southpaw.

Unfortunately, it looks like it's going to be an uphill battle to get it made.

DreamWorks had picked it up late last year, but now they've just thrown in the towel.

Sutter and Em still believe in it, though, with Sutter describing it as a metaphorical sequel to 8 Mile:

After quite the hiatus from the big screen aside from Funny People, Eminem wants to be in pictures again!

The 8 Mile star will take the lead in Dreamworks' The Fighter Southpaw, a boxing movie in which Em will play a welterweight boxer who "must overcome tragedy while fighting for the title."

According to screenwriter Kurt Sutter, the film will draw from themes in Eminem's album Recovery.

Here's what Sutter had to say about it:

"He shared so much of his personal struggle in this raw and very honest album, one that I connected with on a lot of levels. He is very interested in the boxing genre, and it seemed like an apt metaphor, because his own life has been a brawl. In a way, this is a continuation of the 8 Mile story, but rather than a literal biography, we are doing a metaphorical narrative of the second chapter of his life."

Em has certainly been impressing the world with his music, lately. Guess we'll see if he can do the same with his acting.
