Good lord, is she one lucky bitch.

As we've reported, Lindsay Lohan surrendered herself to Lynwood Correctional Facility this morning at 5am, where she was fitted with an electronic ankle monitor bracelet and ordered to begin her 35-day sentence under house arrest in Venice - and according to a law enforcement source, even though she's technically an inmate of the El Lay Sheriff's Department, she's allowed to have as many visitors during that time as she wants!

As spokesperson Steve Whitmore explained:

“Miss Lohan came over for a booking this morning around 5am where it was determined that she was eligible for her ankle monitor. The Los Angeles County Probation Department recommended that she was eligible for her to do 35 days of home detention also. She will be paying for this out of her own pocket. Miss Lohan arrived in a black SUV this morning with her attorney and she was co-operative and professional. She left after about an hour and she currently has her ankle monitor.”

Under the terms of her house arrest, she is not allowed to leave the property. Her ankle bracelet is connected to her phone, which is being monitored as well by the Sheriff's Department.

However, she is NOT currently undergoing any blood or alcohol testing.

Let's hope she uses this time to really think about her mistakes, and doesn't just take advantage of the lucky break to go on a 35 day bender!

Gross. He is seriously just the worst.

Micheal Lohan was once again arrested last night, and was charged with with domestic violence, false imprisonment, and preventing the reporting of victimization.

According to authorities, his girlfriend filed a report with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department, claiming that once again, he became physical with her during an altercation. After he was picked up on suspicion of abuse, Lohan complained of chest pains, so before being booked, was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

His bail is set at $200,000.

What the eff is wrong with this man? Seriously - all the more proof that he has no place having a relationship with ANYONE, let alone his children.

Here's hoping something actually comes from these charges and he gets the book thrown at him. We're tired of this constant nonsense.

Of course she got shut down! She's obviously a crazy person!

Mocienne Petit Jackson has been running around for the past few months declaring that she is the love child of Michael Jackson and Diana Ross' sister, and even requested a court-ordered DNA test!

Luckily, the LA County Superior Court didn't have any patience for this bitch's crazy, and refused to grant her one!

Thank goodness! That nut wanted custody of his kids, too.

Hopefully this will be the last we hear about her - the Jackson family has ENOUGH drama!

She certainly seems like a delicate flower! Her dad must be so proud!

Laurence Fishburne's pornstar daughter, Montana, was reportedly arrested in February for beating the shiz out of her boyfriend's ex!

Gurlfriend broke into her home, forced the girl into the bathroom, and caused "significant injuries!"

According to Los Angeles City Attorney's Office Spokesman Frank Mateljan:

"There are currently two misdemeanor complaints filed. We filed an amended complaint that we're expecting will be approved at the next court date that will bring it up to four misdemeanor charges. The two original were simple battery and false imprisonment. The two we amended were assault with a deadly weapon and trespassing. The charge of false imprisonment stems from Ms. Fishburne dragging the victim into the bathroom where the assault continued. It's my understanding that the victim sustained significant injuries during the assault."

What a piece of work! This girl needs serious help.

Hopefully her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley will do about as good a job as she did with Lindsay getting Montana off the hook!

Well this is certainly inneresting…

The El Lay Police Department have apparently found multiple suspects while investigating the June theft of Charlie Sheen's car, which was later found abandoned in a ravine near the actor's Mulholland Drive home!

Spokesperson Richard French says:

"They do have more than one suspect, and they are working with images that were captured on surveillance video. The suspects are NOT former or current employees of Charlie Sheen."

Whatever, we think they should just blame Sheen for leaving the keys in his vehicle and out in the open on more than one occasion!

Did he not learn his lesson the first time his car was taken in February? Or was he just too fucked up on whatever the hell it is he takes?

And the plot thickens!

Sources are claiming that the El Lay county sheriff have contacted Oksana Grigorieva's former attorney, Eric George, so they can question him about possible inconsistencies in her allegations against Mel Gibson!

Although conversations the two had are protected by attorney-client privilege, George is apparently willing to cooperate and plans to speak with them.

Apparently, authorities are curious to gather information on the claims Oksana is making now, compared to what she failed to mention during their settlement negotiations with Mel - most notably the threats he made against her, her son Alexander, and baby Lucia, and whether or not she ever had a black eye!

It will certainly be inneresting to find out what kind of information they gather from this guy - and how much it will affect Oksana's credibility!

No release this week!

The LA County Sheriff's Department revealed that Lindsay Lohan will NOT be released this week after all.

She still may only end up serving 13 days of her sentence. However, due to overcrowding at Lynwood, she could be released as early as Sunday, August 1.

And then rehab will welcome her with open arms!
