Well, Michael Lohan does want it shut down!
Lindsay Lohan's alcohol education program The Right On Program is being looked at by the LA County Department of Public Health for its twice annual review and it will apparently focus on their suspicious record keeping!
If there are problems, the program could be shut down!
Michael Lohan has said he wants the program gone because he believes they falsified records and gave preferential treatment to celebrity clients.
Ya think??

This cannot happen soon enough.
We're hearing that after the LA County Sheriff's Department finishes their investigation against douchebag Mel Gibson in two weeks, it will be referred over to the district attorney for three possible offenses - domestic violence, child endangerment, and assault with a deadly weapon!
Apparently, MELtdown's lawyers have also prepared "a presentation" to present to investigators.
PSH. Yeah, we'd love to see how they're going to argue this one.
Beating up baby mama trumps potential gold digger, asshole!
Thoughts??

Another interesting development…
The El Lay County Coroner has released Corey Haim's autopsy results, and word is that his tragic death was not directly caused by drugs.
Haim's cause of death is apparently listed as respiratory distress, or diffuse alveolar damage - most likely from his pneumonia - as well as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which is when the muscle in one's heart thickens and cuts off the blood flow.
There was also a variety of drugs in his system, but the Coroner alleges that it was not to the degree where it would have played a part in his passing.
So sad. We wonder how much his prescription pill abuse could have contributed to his bad heart, though.
Thoughts??

We think they're trying to make an issue out of nothing!!
While the investigation against Dr. Conrad Murray's role in Michael Jackson's death trudges along, the quack's lawyers are getting cranky because they think the El Lay County D.A. is acting shady and not turning over all the documents and reports to them in a timely fashion!
A rep for Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff, says:
"We remain confused by how suspiciously slow the D.A. has been in turning over the documents. We have not received anywhere near all of it."
According to the D.A.'s office, however, Murray's team needs to hold their horses!
A rep says:
"The District Attorney's office is turning them over as soon as they are copied and cataloged. There is a huge number of documents and the process takes time."
What do U think?? Is the D.A. being shady or are Murray's lawyers just obnoxious??
