Shoe designer Charles Philip is not feeling the love from Gap after he discovered the retailer is selling shoes similar to his for a fraction of the price, so he's suing.

In the lawsuit filed with the Los Angeles federal court, the Philip accuses Gap of copying his fancy footwork, specifically the entire Charles Philip Shanghai brand's trademark of "distinctive striped design on the inside of a shoe".
