Kitty Kat should sleep more soundly tonight!

The courts ruled in Kat Von D's favor yesterday, granting the LA Ink starlet a temporary restraining order against Michael Nunn — a man who, in the past few months, sent her harassing phone calls, Twitter messages, and even a box of unwanted candy.

According to the submitted court documents, Michael believes "the FBI is watching him and that certain celebrities want to harm him."

Well if they didn't before… LOLz!!

Part of Kat's popularity stems from the fact that she's such a fierce chica who handles her own shiz, but unrequited attention from a man prone to paranoid ramblings is triple-scary!

Back in July, Kat Von D and former fiance Jesse James broke up…and now TLC has ALSO broken up with Kat!

Here's what TLC had to say about their decision to cancel L.A. Ink:

"TLC has decided that the current season of L.A. Ink will be its last. The network is proud of what the series has accomplished in its four seasons, following Kat Von D's journey as an artist from Miami to Los Angeles."

Ah well. Four seasons isn't a bad run at all!
