Emma has taken to Twitter in hopes of someone finding her Phoebe, tweeting:

Denise Richards is Queen of Animal Rescue and she has proved it even more!

The actress visited a North Shore Animal League America in Long Island, spreading the word about relief efforts and pups and kitties in need of adoption.

But then she met Tara, a GAWRGEOUS Lab mix puppy, and Denise couldn't leave without her!

There are sooooo many dog breeds out there.

When shopping for a new pooch, how do you know what to choose?

Oh and adopt. Don't shop. There are too many dogs stuck on death row in shelters.
