Rip off!

Khloe Kardashian is about to get slapped with a lawsuit by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo if she doesn't stop selling the Rich Soil t-shirt (above)!

The state of New York has ordered Khloe and her husband Lamar Odom to halt sales of the $35 t-shirt because the picture looks an awful lot like the state's Department of Agriculture logo.

In fact, it's practically identical.

If the two don't remove the shirt from their joint label's website within five days, the state will resort to dragging them to court with an argument saying:

"The State of New York has invested substantial time, effort and resources creating the respect and goodwill associated with the trademark."

Hmm, how many lawsuits is this now for the Kardashians??

Khloe Kardashian made a bootylicious appearance on the set of the Real Husbands of Hollywood on Saturday.

For her cameo, Lamar Odom's wife wore a gray curve-hugging dress, which according to her body language, made it near impossible for her her to breathe.

Whatevs, we're sure Kevin Hart appreciated it! LOLz!

Brown Givenchy boots, curly ombre tresses and sparkling jewels completed her ensemble.

Khloe Kardashian is one red hot momma!

She couldn't help but coordinate her entire outfit while catching a Los Angeles Clippers game Wednesday night.

Trying to impress her b-ball player hubby Lamar Odom, KoKo donned a red leather jacket and matched it with bright red lipstick and blood red nails.

We're sure she stood out enough to help Lamar's team beat the Dallas Mavericks by 6 points!

Or maybe the Mavericks were just blinded by that big ring of hers!

Wednesday Addams is that you???

Khloe Kardashian has been trying to have a baby for years, so maybe the news of Kim Kardashian’s fetus made her feel a little sad.

How else do you explain this ensemble that she wore to the Clippers’ game on Sunday in El Lay?

Mrs. Odom wore an all black, long sleeved ensemble, which was fine, but what’s up with her makeup?

Khloe hasn’t taken to tanning quite like her sisters, so why would she choose such a dark purple lipstick? At least her Hermes bag helped make it classier.

What’s worse is her BFF Malika Haqq was sitting right next to her, and could have helped Khloe out before leaving the house or something.

Oh well, at least Lamar and the Clippers won. It must have been an exciting night all around in the household.

Khloe Kardashian seems to be taking some black-and-white fashion tips from big sis Kim!

The basketball wife dropped by Kardashian Khaos in Las Vegas on Friday to promote her unisex fragrance, Unbreakable, sans hubby Lamar Odom.

For her khaotic appearance, Khloe donned a black top, two-tone blazer, Helmut Lang jeans held up by an Hermes belt, Giuseppe Zanotti heels and lots of gold jewelry.

She looked cute enough, but she’s so toned these days! We would have loved to see something a less conservative.
