The batshit crazy Quaids are once again in legal trouble, and have been slapped with a restraining order for breaking into ANOTHER home that doesn't belong to them and illegally squatting in it!

Lannette Turicchi, who owns the home that the insane couple ransacked in Montecito, has filed the TRO because they now claim to own ANOTHER property that they believe to be theirs in Pasadena!

According to a source:

"The Quaids showed up at the house in Pasadena on Sunday, September 26, demanding that the owner give it over to them. The owner told me that the Quaids had ransacked their home in Montecito, and now she's afraid of Evi's mental state and she's had to send her children away for their own safety."

The nutso duo are required to stay 200 from Turicchi and her family's home, workplace, car, school, or daycare.

YEESH! Good luck keeping them away!

These two tend to whatever the eff they want, regardless of the law!
