Britney Spears Wants To Return To TV, Y'all!

Filed under: TV NewsBritney SpearsX Factor

But, this time as an ACT-OR! Not just a judge on a competition show!

Yes, now that Britney Spears' X Factor future is up in the air, the southern belle is looking for other ways to keep her busy.

As we've confirmed, she's working on new music for 2013 (and we're just wettin' our manties at the thought of new BritBrit tunes!), but it looks like she's also looking into making her way back onto the small screen… as an actress!

We're hearing whispers that scripts are being sent her way for her to take on a recurring role on a sitcom, with sources adding:

Britney Spears' Manager Is 'Livid' Over Glee's Latest Tribute! Oops!

britney spears glee manger livid

But don't tell Brittany!

We're not sure she's strong enough to handle the news!!

Between you and us, we hear Larry Rudolph is boiling! He's apparently so pissed off about Glee's meltdown tribute to client Britney Spears, he might as well be a walking volcano!

According to Billy Bush, the two were discussing the Britney 2.0 episode, and Larry just couldn't get over the references to Brit-Brit's 2007 breakdown!

Britney Spears' Dad Jamie Is Getting Paid Big Bucks For The Femme Fatale Tour!

britney-spears-father-getting-seven-figures-for-managing-femme-fatale-tour

It is GOOD to be Britney Spears' pop!

Jamie Spears, who is working as the manager of his daughter's Femme Fatale tour, will reportedly be making more than a million dollah dollah bills for his work!

According to legal documents in the pop icon's conservatorship case, Britney's manager, Larry Rudolph, is so pleased with her dad's involvement and hard work, that he wants to give up 2% out of his 10% cut of her gross income for him!

And despite working as her Tour Manager since February - which has included him negotiating a deal for Brit with Live Nation, coordinating her personal schedule, handling the finances, managing security, and supervising her arrivals and departures - Jamie has not gotten any type of bonus, so Larry wants to show his appreciation this way!

So thoughtful! And so well-deserved!

Britney is so lucky to have such a caring, hard-working father looking out for her best interest!

It's a rarity in this biz!

Will DJ Pauly D Take Enrique's Spot On The Brit Brit Tour?!

pauly-d-to-join-britney-spears-on-tour

Hey, this wouldn't be the worst thing in the world!

Now that Enrique Iglesias has dropped out of his co-headlining tour with Britney Spears this summer, we're hearing that he may be replaced by none other than Jersey Shore's DJ Pauly D, who shares the same manager as the pop star, Larry Rudolph!

Sources claim that it's unlikely that he'll hitch along for the entirety of the tour, because he'll be filming the fourth season of Jersey Shore in Italy next month, but we think this may actually work out better!

We're assuming - and we could be wrong, although we hope not - that the ticket prices were so high because Brit Brit was sharing the stage with Enrique, so hopefully now that he's out they'll be more reasonable! And DJ Pauly D will draw a lot of his fanbase in - without the hefty price tag!

Smart move, guys! Here's hoping it actually happens!
