Late Night Hosts Skewer Trump's Media Malarkey & Try To Remember The Bowling Green Massacre That Never Happened

no title

More on this fake news story as it doesn't develop…

Donald Trump kicked off yet another week by attacking the media with outrageous accusations — which means more late night segments were dedicated to debunking the president's alternative false facts.

Seth Meyers and Stephen Colbert reamed President Pinocchio (you know, because he lies and he's a puppet!) on Monday night, ripping on his claims that the "very, very dishonest press" isn't reporting on major terrorist attacks.

Both hosts compared POTUS's comments to his adviser Kellyanne Conway's remarks about the Bowling Green Massacre, a horrible tragedy that never happened.

Colbert gave Conway the benefit of the doub on The Late Show, joking that he was a "Bowling Green truther" and promised to have more on the story as it doesn't develop.

Meyers dissected these latest claims a bit more on Late Night's "A Closer Look." The SNL alum noted Trump administration's ridiculous lies were made to distract us "from other, worse lies" — like when Conway falsely claimed that Barack Obama also banned Iraqi refugees to justify Trump's awful travel ban.

Conan O'Brien Announces Conan Without Borders: Made In Mexico Special In Defiance Of Trump & His Stupid Wall!

Conan O'Brien isn't afraid of your walls!

It's been an exhausting first week with Donald Trump in office, as the orange POTUS is already cracking down on his ridiculous plan to build a wall on the Mexico border.

Though the Mexican government firmly stated they would not pick up the tab, Drumpf revealed his master plan to get them to pay anyway: putting a 20% border tax on all imported goods from Mexico!

Seth Meyers Breaks Down Donald Trump's Unhealthy TV Habit & Sean Spicer's Strange Addiction To Cinnamon Gum!

no title

As a father of a 9-month-old baby, Seth Meyers knows exactly how Donald Trump's team feels.

The late night host broke down the president's tough first week in office on Wednesday's Late Night, which apparently was a lot like trying to wean an infant off of watching Dora The Explorer.

Meyers joked about Trump's team saying how the new POTUS easily gets bored with all his presidential duties and often has to watch TV.

Hey, we get it. Signing executive orders to destroy the environment is hard! Sometimes you need to wind down and watch some Saturday Night Live.

Seth blasted the bronzed businessman for feeling, according to sources, that the public's perception of him didn't match his "own sense of accomplishment" — and all the bad press has not allowed him to enjoy the White House like he deserves!

Well, sorry about that, POTUS. We really hope we didn't ruin your first week of presidential pussy grabbing.

Speaking of pussy, Meyers then tackled Press Secretary Sean Spicer's handling of Trump's obsession over voter fraud and alternative facts — specifically, his wording that "our intention is never to lie to you."

Hmm… that dirty mouth of omission might be why Spicer chews — and swallows — two and a half packs of Orbit Cinnamon gum a day. Yes, that's real!

Video: Watching Paint Dry Is More Captivating Than Trump's Pre-Inauguration Event…

You know, how The Donald doesn't want celebs but is obviously trying really hard to get celebs, how he's taking the first weekend off, and how his speech is likely to be pretty bad considering him not read good.

Late Night Hosts React To Donald Trump's Latest Disastrous Cabinet Picks — And His Meeting With Kanye West!

no title

Throughout his campaign, Donald Trump swore against aligning himself with big bankers and corporate executives as a part of his populist scam rhetoric.

But as the president-elect fills his cabinet, it's become quite clear he's surrounding himself exclusively with rich donors… and one narcissistic rapper!

On Tuesday, late night hosts pounced on the incoming POTUS' recent cabinet appointments, such as Exxon Mobil CEO Rex Tillerson for Secretary of State, that have gone against what Trump preached during his campaign.

Seth Meyers pointed out this hypocrisy on Late Night, calling out some of Trump's questionable picks — like Hardee's/Carl's Jr. CEO Andrew Puzder for labor secretary and longtime Goldman Sachs banker Steven Mnuchin for treasury secretary.

But it was Stephen Colbert who dissected Trump's most high profile sit-down at Trump Tower — his meeting with Kanye West!

The Late Show host joked that the two were going to release an album (titled "The Deportation of Pablo," of course) but cautioned that their meeting was a security risk, quipping:

Late Night Hosts Break Down Donald Trump's RIDICULOUS Response To The CIA Reporting Russia Influenced The Election!

no title

Last week, the CIA concluded that Russia did, in fact, interfere with the 2016 election, and Donald Trump responded in the most Trump-y way possible — by undermining the legitimacy of his own intelligence agencies and stroking his own ego!

In response to the conclusive findings, the President-elect's transition team urged Americans to "move on" because last month's election "was a long time ago."

Thankfully, we have the "biased media" of Seth Meyers and Stephen Colbert to call out the incoming POTUS over his ridiculous reaction.

On Monday's Late Night, Meyers blasted Trump for not taking the CIA's findings seriously — especially when he'll need to rely on these intelligence agencies as a president. (If he ever attends an intelligence briefing, that is…)

Meyers then broke down the inaccuracies in Trump's team's response; they once again referred to his election win as "one of the biggest Electoral College victories in history" — to which he quipped:

Donald Trump Slams Late Night With Seth Meyers After Being Banned! See His Predictably Pompous Response!

no title

Donald Trump is more than fine with being banned from Late Night!

On Tuesday night, Seth Meyers announced he would ban the GOP presidential nominee from his NBC talk show after Trump revoked the press credentials for The Washington Post on his campaign.

But on Wednesday, the boisterous billionaire responded the only way he knows how — with arrogance and incorrect facts!
