WHOA! That took no time at all!

It’s being reported that The Great Gatsby has already broken ticket-sale records! Its Thursday 10pm and Friday midnight shows garnered a whopping $3.25 million, surpassing fellow 'female-driven' flick Sex and the City 2's $3 million! That’s huge!

What’s more, opening weekend pre-sales are coming in strong, with the film’s production studio hoping to cross the $35 million mark. Some are even expecting it to compete with Iron Man 3’s monstrous stats.

It looks like Baz Luhrmann knew exactly what he was doing with this adaptation, folks, beginning with his casting of Leo DiCaprio! And that stellar soundtrack.

The Alec Baldwin vs. Shia Labeouf saga continues!!

After the sh*tshow of drama that was happening behind the scenes of Orphans, the young actor was eventually booted from the cast because he and Jack Donaghy just couldn’t seem to play nice!

But even though the two have been separated, the fight is FAR from over!

Last week, Shia appeared on the Late Show and told David Letterman that he and the 30 Rock actor had tension “as men.” Well it’s becoming quite clear that Alec only considers one of them to be a man, and we’ll give you a hint: It ain’t Shia!!

In a recent interview, he said the root of the Transformers actor’s attitude problems was simply his age:

We've been SO excited hearing rumors of Jimmy Fallon being bumped up (when Jay Leno is bumped out) and Howard Stern taking his place that something like this didn't even enter our minds: Howard WANTS THE TONIGHT SHOW!

We all know that Howard was playing us for a fiddle last week when he joked about the rumors and not being able to talk about them legally… and then dropping the bomb that it would pretty much be an insult to him to take over for Jimmy because he already makes 10 times the money!
