SH'BAM! It's as fun to do as it is to say!

SH'BAM is the newest worldwide exercise craze which is already practiced at gyms across Europe and the United States, but has recently launched in Asian Celebrity Fitness clubs.

SH'BAM (pronounced as She-bam) is an uptempo dance, mixed with modernised Latin beats, and accompanied by the hottest music played at nightclubs around the world.

Each sh'session usually lasts about 45 minutes with 12 hot tracks playing to move, groove, and shake your booty to.

The dance class was developed by group fitness company Les Mills, which says on their website:

"Your instructor will introduce you to the basic choreography and coach you through each of the simple steps – and it’s up to you to add in as much sass and style as you like. SH’BAM™ is for people of all fitness levels, and we promise you’ll get fitter doing this class regularly"

We know we're not supposed to judge a book by it's cover, but judging by the name, we're going to love this. Try it out!

Come on! This is a little much, don't you think?

Ever since Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry's custody battle over daughter Nahla began intensifying, there have been quite a few pretty HOriffic claims made about model's character - including that he called the actress the 'n' word - and now, an apparent ex-girlfriend of his has come forward to further smear his reputation!

Page Bogart, an investment banker who claims to have dated Aubry five years ago, reveals:

"Gabriel's entire motivation has always been money. I tried to warn Halle early on but I guess she didn't want to believe it. He had a few Latin hoochies on the side."

Good lord! They aren't cutting this guy ANY slack at all, are they?

Something about all of these claims are just coming off as shady to us!

Where’s the love for the Latinas, Google?

Google launched a new feature last month which allows users to search for a phrase and instantly suggestions will appear.

Google Instant shows the search results as you type before even hitting Enter or Search. But it seems the Internet giant decided to exclude some words from their instant search including teen, adult, playboy and meat.

Though they also decided to exclude the word Latina. Not Latino, but just simply Latina. Not good news for Latina magazine and the thousands of other legit, non-porno sites.

Apparently it's nothing intentional, as the words chosen to be excluded are determined based off some Google algorithm.

Oh, here we go…

Yessica "Don't Call me Latina" Alba is FINALLY addressing why she hates her ethnicity and refuses to play Latin women in film, and we think it's a pretty LAME excuse!

She reveals:

"For me, I never wanted to reinforce any stereotypes about Latin women, and that was why I've shied away from Latin characters I've been offered. Most of them reinforced the stigmas. The women whom I grew up with are intelligent, strong women, and unless I read a woman being portrayed that way in a film, I didn't want to play it."

We think that we'll wash that little quotable down with a shot of BULLSHIT.

Whatevs. Hopefully playing this character in Machete helped her open her eyes to how ridiculous she is!

She should be teaching her kid to EMBRACE where she's from and the culture that comes with it!

But who are we kidding? She'll probably dye her hair back to blonde in like a week!

With all the drama surrounding the ridiculous billed passed in Arizona, several states are organizing protests for this weekend.

As we previously mentioned, Mexican singer Luis Miguel had been hospitalized for several days in the intensive care unit at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles due to a bacterial infection after a routine liposuction.

Thankfully he was released home over the weekend, just in time for his 40th birthday today.

However, the singer and his people have been very quiet about the whole situation.

On Friday, a rep from LuisMi's music label, Warner Latin Music, only commented "I have no information to share." As for his manager and agent, they wouldn't comment at all.

But leave it to actress Sofia Vergara to speak out publicly about her friend.

The star of Modern Family made an appearance at the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation Media Awards in Century City, California this past Saturday. And when asked about her friend LuisMi, Vergara said he's “going to be OK.”

Adding, “He’s OK, everybody gets sick. He’s going to be OK. He’s young and strong.”

We hope she's right and wish he's feeling much better.

Coldplay has reportedly started working on their new album, due out around Christmas, and premiered a new track, called Don Quixote, in Buenos Aires during the Latin leg of their tour!!

Frontman Chris Martin says toward the beginning that the song is a tribute to their Spanish-speaking fanbase, so we're not sure it will make it onto their new album.

Regardless, we like it!

It sounds a lot like their Viva La Vida material, but it's solid and pretty catchy!
