Despite all the controversy surrounding Mike Tyson, his energy drink, and his appearance on Law & Order, we hear that he's a pretty happy guy who is proud to be a father!
He even says that he's in his prime — which would make sense, because he's still wildly successful for a convicted rapist. Here's what he said about it:
It's weird to us that we didn't really hear about protests over Mike Tyson being in The Hangover movies, but we're hearing people go nuts over his upcoming Law & Order: SVU role!
Not saying they shouldn't be protesting, just maybe they should've protested both — especially when they're doing it for his energy drink!!
If you don't recall for some reason, Mike Tyson is a convicted rapist.
Some Globetrotters NBA players are guest starring on Scooby DooLaw and Order: SVU for some reason or another, probably trying to fill the void left by Shaq and Dennis Rodman for having not been on the acting scene in a while.
NBA stars Carmelo Anthony and Chris Bosh will play themselves in cameos on a "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" episode that will also feature — say it ain't so — Dan Lauria playing a possible sexual predator.
If you can remember, Dan Lauria was the dad on The Wonder Years. So if he is a sexual predator… in one fell swoop they're simultaneously (and ridiculously) using real basketball players as actors AND ruining our childhoods.
Thanks SVU!
On the other hand, maybe we're really off base. Here's to hoping it's the best SVU ever, Lauria isn't a predator, and that two NBA players earn some Emmys.
This might just be the closest we get to a Friendsreunion!
Jennifer Aniston surprised former Friends co-star Matthew Perry to get some advice on her co-hosting gig on Ellen, but what she got was a bit more than she bargained for!
Unfortunately, it was not the warm and fuzzy reunion Jen had hoped for.
The awkward encounter got just that more awkward when Jen was greeted with some of Matthew's unexpected guests!!!
