15 Year Old Girl's Anti-Weapon Ban Speech Goes Viral!

If you're thinking to yourself that, wow, if a 15 year old girl can be against a weapon's ban, well then maybe the weapons ban is a bad thing — we'd like to tell you to hold off for a minute!

We ARE very proud of this young girl for having the guts to stand in front of state legislators and speak, but we can't help but think that any 15 year old is highly impressionable and probably has a lot of mouths trying to sway them behind the scenes. Something like this is absolutely poised to go viral!

Her video (above) has been viewed more than 2.5 million times, as she talks about shooting since she was 7 years old and how she's part of the Maryland Rifle Club and Maryland State Rifle and Pistol Association team.

She says things like this:

Colorado Legalizes Same-Sex Unions!!!

Hooray for small steps in the right direction!

Governor John W. Hickenlooper signed a law into effect yesterday allowing gay and lesbian couples to enter into civil unions!!!

Permitting civil unions isn't nearly as awesome as legalizing same-sex MARRIAGES, but Rome wasn't built in a day!

The state of Colorado has grown considerably more progressive since 2006, when they passed a state law forbidding gay marriage, but the job is not yet done!!

Our country's equality advocates must not rest until everyone is permitted to marry whomever it is they love.

Colorado becomes the 18th state in the Union with legalized same-sex unions. Hopefully the Supreme Court takes note of this trend when they hear arguments on the Constitutionality of same-sex marriage in a few days.

Equal rights for all! We can do it! Yay!!!

weed marijuana pot strokes science kinda link no wait

The jury's still out, but according to a new study, smoking weed while you're young might increase your risk of having a stroke.

Obvs, that's not ideal for people who are just looking to kick back and relax with a giant blunt! LOLz!

Like we said, though — this is preliminary research.

They took 160 stroke sufferers and took a look at their pee. They were all between 18 and 55, and found that

Lindsay Lohan Cleared Of Hit-And-Run Charges

Lindsay Lohan may be preparing to enter a legal battle to protect herself from Michael Lohan's conservatorship, so it's a good thing she just got cleared from wrongdoing in another legal mess.

New York City prosecutors have determined that there is not enough evidence to take LiLo to court for allegedly hitting a pedestrian with a Porsche at the Dream Hotel in September.

The surveillance footage was a bit unclear, so we can understand why she is getting a lucky break.

However, the guy she may or may not have hit with the borrowed vehicle can still

Justin Bieber Pap Case Charges

Sounds like Justin Bieber’s a trailblazer in more ways than one!

It’s almost been two weeks since Justin's high-speed chase against the paparazzi and it seems as though the California Highway Patrol is ready to take charge!

Reportedly, the pap — who chased the Biebs down the 101 Freeway at speeds reaching 100 mph — could put Cali’s new anti-paparazzi law into action!

Supposedly, the photog could be charged with not only reckless driving, but also, the law

Teen Dating Violence

Um, why not??

Research is now showing that a third of U.S. teens are experiencing dating violence.

This sucks, but what makes it worse is that most high schools aren't prepared for it
